Not happy all, my pillow has flattened and soften, considering it was suppose to medium to firm,
Company not helpful at all, sticking to their 30day exchange rule, had pillows for about 6 weeks.

I absolutely love my medium firm pillow just a quick shake and turn over and it’s ready to give me another good nights sleep 🛌 x

I've been sleeping on the Medium-Firm pillow for over a year and it's still so supportive. I have trouble with neck pain and every pillow I have purchased in the past have been no use to me after a couple of months. I can highly recommend trying these. Customer Service very efficient and polite. Pillow quality 10/10 and they were delivered 3 days after ordering them!

Having tried numerous pillows over the years I have to say the med GX pillow to be the best ever. We are now sleeping better than ever. Would definitely recommend.

I bought the twin pack (medium/firm) from Ideal World on a promotion where they cost me £15/each. (reduced price & free P&P) Important to mention as if I had paid the full price of almost £33/each, I would have returned them!

The onscreen demo makes them out to be revolutionary, transforming your nights sleep to give you a longer, more comfortable life. OK, I may be exaggerating, but you know when your mum tells you that when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Well, this sure applies to the GX pillows.

To be honest, they are a nice pillow, very supportive and comfy, and well worth the £15 that I paid, certainly not worth the premium of their standard price though. The label could be tarted up too as I know only you will ever see it, but if it's marketed as a 'premium' item, it sure just visually looks like a discount store pillow. It also arrived it a polythene sleeve rather than the posh carrier bag as seen on their web site.

If you get them on offer, well worth it, otherwise, not so much...

I bought both thicknesses of suspension pillow and a support pillow. Despite their claim the suspension pillows went flat over time, but so does every other make and they were nice pillows. I ordered a second Medium Firm a year later but the product supplied, though labelled M/F, was much thicker and weighed 100g more on my scales (800g rather than 700g). It resembled the support pillow I'd bought previously, which weighed 810g. Customer Service said the fill weight had not changed and claimed it was impossible for a product to be labelled incorrectly. I was offered a Medium Soft, but I wanted another 700g M/F, not a 600g pillow like the previous Medium Soft. Two further emails were not answered, but some months later after posting a review I was contacted and offered a bespoke 700g pillow. I have now received this. It's labelled Medium/Soft, which leaves me wondering whether the fill weights have all increased by 100g. Could this be what "2nd Generation" means on the website?

These suspension pillows seemed to be the ideal solution towards supporting the head and avoiding neck ache. However, despite regular turning and plumping up our two pillows soon went flat & lumpy. Waste of money and guessing that many of the positive reviews they enjoy elsewhere are due to people posting their comments just weeks if not days after making their purchase...

Purchased two pillows to try as we needed 6 in total and thought let’s see how these are, after reading the blog on the product we felt reassured that they would be good.
Big mistake they still go flat where you have slept, so I emailed them direct but the response was how to plump them up, I explained that with every pillow I have purchased over 58 years of being a housewife and home keeper it didn’t help what so ever, they are flat.

To this day I’ve never received a response to my second email.
Wouldn’t use this company again or recommend them.

This is a good company to deal with. My order came as promised and on time. The soft/medium pillows are lovely and go back into shape after a good nights sleep.
