Over the years, I have bought enough pillows to stock a market stall, so I was a little sceptical that these pillows would be any better. How wrong I was. After decades of poor sleep, painful neck & shoulders, I now wake up with very little pain. Thank you

I'm in my 80s and have had some expensive, and very good pillows in the past. I tend to take adverts with a pinch of salt. However, this pillow is in a different league. Imn the month or so I've had mine I've slept so well! I've been so pleased with it that Ive bought one for my adult daughter who is also delighted with hers.

Really pleased with my pillows. I suffer with arthritis including in my neck. These are the most comfortable pillows I've had for a long time. I thoroughly recommend these to anyone . My choice was the medium/soft and they're great

To begin with i was delighted with this pillow but after using for a couple of weeks, I had the most painful neck and had to return it. It cost me over £7 to return it so not too impressed really! But guess the pillows wont suit everyone, just a little annoying that return postage is quite expensive! I bought the medium firm as I always prefer firm. Gx then advised most buy the medium soft. After having to pay £7 plus to return it, i dont really want to do that again if the medium soft pillow is as bad. Never mind, the search continues i suppose!

I since tried the replacement pillow that was medium soft, this pillow is also not good for me. I will now have to pay another £7 to return it! So it will have cost me £14 in returning the pillows, and ill get a £27 refund! Just not worth it and I dont recommend these pillows unfortunately. The medium soft isn't supportive and I've got bad neck and shoulder pain again!

Medium-Firm pillow retained its depth for almost 2 months, but is now far less supportive.
Not a total waste of money, but almost

Im sleeping on a soft and firm pillow and i have to say its the best night sleep ever. The quality of the pillows are excellent and the customer service is amazing,

I purchased a pack of two on 29th June 2025 (from Amazon). They were very comfortable for the first few months. The suspension part has collapsed gradually and are now rendered useless. They have not even lasted a year.
I would not recommend.

I’ve struggled with pillows going flat time and time again. The amount of money we must of spent over the years is insane. We came across GX pillows and honestly it’s like sleeping on a cloud, worth every penny! Will be purchasing more for the family soon definitely!

Very comfortable and supportive. Doesn't say in the middle and just reverse it for even wear.

I have had 3/4 Gx pillows over maybe 10+ years, have tried other pillows but go back to Gx. They are soft but supportive and extremely comfortable. The customer service is outstanding. I purchased a 2nd generation pillow and found it a little too deep, I spoke to Lee and they sent a slimmer version which is lovely. I also purchased a 'like down' pillow for a friend who always had unethical goosedown pillows, and she loves the Gx, and it is a 3rd of the price of her usual pillow. All prices are very good across the range. Great pillows.

Your pillows are fantastic. I bought 3 medium soft and I get a good night's sleep after trying so many different makes. Keep up the good work.

A good supportive pillow all round,had some very sound comforting sleeps,bought two but at the moment have found only one is needed,very pleased with the quality and finish of the materials.

Only had the pillow three days and it’s the best sleep I have had in years! I have spent a fortune on the wrong pillows over the years and been desperate for a decent nights sleep that doesn’t wake me with neck and back ache and finally found them! Amazing! Couldn’t recommend more!

The first night I tried this pillow I slept so well and now I can’t sleep comfortably on my old pillows. Highly recommend these pillows which are good value.

These pillows are so comfortable that we take them with us whenever we go away so that we can enjoy the same sleeping comfort that we have at home.

Pillows just as advertised I usually have problems with Pillows but these fulfilled my expectations.

Absolutely fantastic pillows - both the medium-firm and the medium-soft. I wish I’d bought them years ago. Sleeping much better now!
