I saw an offer on Facebook. It looked too good to be true. It was

I saw an offer on Facebook, and I went for it.
I tried looking for the small print, as I didn’t want money to come out of my account without any permission. Luckily, I informed my bank, otherwise €59 would’ve illegally been stolen from my account.

When the offer is offered, there is nothing under your profile you can do to cancel future payments. This is ethically and morally wrong.

Please be aware and watch your account; they are scammers and thieves.

I have already sent them an email informing them that my bank has blocked them for all future payments

Seek help from your bank if you have been scammed

To anyone who has purchased a course only to be charged a subscription that was buried in the fine print...this strategy is illegal (it is called a subscription trap). As such, you can initiate a chargeback through your bank, meaning that your bank can retrieve your money for you. Even if the company is not adhering to consumer laws, the banks can force adherance.

Please note: you can also report to the Federal Trade Commission in America.

Classic bait-and-switch scam. Do not give them your credit card details!

Beware of GuruGo. Misleading ad - buy 1 course at 99 cents, but then they charge you 59 USD for subscription you never asked for. Their public Terms and Conditions (Section 6.2) explicitly state a 14-day money-back guarantee for courses. However, when I requested a refund for a $59 charge well within this timeframe, their customer support flat-out refused. They make up hidden "internal criteria" that contradict their own contract to deny refunds. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam. I had to initiate a bank chargeback and file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General. Do not give them your credit card details!

Scammed

I bought a service for 1 USD and then low and behold I look at my bank account today and I've had 69 USD taken out of my account for something I didn't sign up for. I have sent an email and I expect full compensation.

I bought a course on MFR for 1 dollar

I bought a course on MFR for 1 dollar. In some days I was charged 59 dollars and I even didn't know about it at all. When I asked to return my money back, they said that I have to do this training, tal to curators and so on. But they didn't tell me about these conditions when I paid. They are just scammers!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Я получила от сервиса официальный отказ…

Я получила от сервиса официальный отказ в возврате средств (скриншоты письма прилагаются).
В связи с этим считаю необходимым предупредить других пользователей.

С меня было списано 99 $ без моего осознанного и подтверждённого согласия. Сервис отказался вернуть деньги и прекратил диалог, сославшись на «внутренние условия».

Причины жалобы:

1. Отсутствие информации об автоматической подписке
Меня не уведомили, что оформляется автоматическая подписка.
На сайте не было прозрачной и понятной информации:
• о том, что подписка продлевается автоматически,
• о дате списания,
• о сумме 99 $,
• об условиях продления и отмены.

Это вводит потребителя в заблуждение и нарушает право на информированное решение.

2. Стоимость и условия услуги не были раскрыты до списания средств
До момента списания денег мне не была предоставлена полная, доступная и достоверная информация о тарифе и условиях услуги.

3. Сервис ссылается на условия, которые не были предоставлены до оплаты
В письме об отказе сервис ссылается на свои внутренние правила, которые я не видела и не подтверждала при оформлении услуги.
Фактически условия были применены задним числом.

Вывод:
Списание средств считаю несанкционированным. Возврат был отклонён без попытки урегулировать ситуацию.

Не рекомендую данный сервис.
Будьте внимательны — существует риск скрытых подписок и списаний без явного согласия пользователя.

Complete Fraud!!

Complete Fraud!!! Charged for the subscription that I have never ordered or asked for! Didn’t answer any of my mails and didn’t give any refund! Cheaters!
I wrote two mails to them - none of them was answeres!

SCAM

I was charged a subscription over 80 EUR after only purchasing one class 2-3 days ago. I was having trouble accessing the materials I bought and never started any other course. I contacted them immediately after my card was charged for subscription but they refused to refund me. I didn't see the subscription to the platform could be unchecked when purchasing the 1 course.
Your invitation to contact your support team is meaningless since I did that immediately upon being charged and your feedback was it was my fault for subscribing.

Compensación

I has a problem with them because they charged me for courses I didn't Buy, but I send an e-mail and they explained me the situation and gave me unlimited access for 6 months. I didn't get My money back, but at least I got a compensación.

I bought a guasha course for 4.99…

I bought a guasha course for 4.99 dollars. Suddenly, the company has charged me for another 2 courses that amounts to 70 dollars. Afterwards I have unsuccesfully tried to get a refund. Since January 9th, they claim that I have to do 21 days of lessons and prove print screens and feedback and furthermore in order to get a refund. And they change this every day. In the beginning it was 14 days out of 21 days. Yesterday it was 21 days out of 30 days from purchase.
This is a fraud company. Be careful. It is a scam. Today I cannot even enter the homepage.
They charge you money for courses that you did not even order. Stay away from this company. They do not answer their emails either.

Seems like I'm not the only one

Seems like I'm not the only one. I just had a $99 attempt on my card after purchasing a $1 course 3 days ago. Didn't know what the $99 were from so I Googled and then went to my email, so now here we are. You guys are scammers.

Today is Jan 21 and they just tried again to charge $99 on my card. Whatever you guys are doing, cancel me. I tried requesting a password to log in to cancel and you guys can't send a link because you don't recognize my email address...meaning I don't have an account with you.

And the email address is the only one I would use. So I did not use a different email address.
