Guri Estates is hands down one of the worst most unprofessional and outright shady so called businesses I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with From the very beginning they’ve been nothing but trouble their service is beyond disgraceful their attitude is appalling and the mess they left at my house is something I wouldn’t even wish on my worst enemy They caused so many issues from delays and excuses to completely botching basic work that any proper company would’ve handled with ease What’s worse is the clear lack of responsibility instead of owning up to their mistakes they point fingers lie and disappear when you need them most And to top it all off they’ve been desperately trying to cover their tracks by making fake accounts and flooding the internet with false positive reviews hoping that unsuspecting people will fall for it It’s pathetic These glowing reviews are as fake as their promises and it’s obvious they’re trying to deceive people into thinking they’re a trustworthy business when they’re absolutely not I highly warn everyone to not fall for his stupid tricks

According to publicly available information on Companies House, the same individual is listed as a director of multiple businesses with similar names, including Guri Estates & Developers Ltd, Guri Logistics Ltd, Gurmeet Cars Ltd, and Gurmeet Constructions Ltd. This raises legitimate concerns about transparency, accountability, and the long-term reliability of any one entity.
In my experience, the quality of work and professionalism fell far below acceptable standards, with poor communication and significant issues that caused both financial and emotional stress. The way the work was handled left me questioning the integrity of the operation overall.

If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend conducting thorough background research and seeking independent references. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with any future work.

avoid this builder at all costs, he left my elderly 86year old bed bound stroke patient grandmother in an awful state with an open rear of the house. He dangerously let the boiler attached to the gas mains outdoors. we have to call a surveyor who asked us to immediately deal with the boiler as there was a risk of explosion! I would avoid this cowboy fraudulent deceitful individual at all costs, if he is willing to do this to an elderly lady imagine what he is willing to do elsewhere, scum of a person! Please contact me if you have experienced something similar in the hands of this individual.

I had to request them to stop the work because it was not making sense. Work that I was told would be completed within a month was dragging and dragging. They started fitting my kitchen without doing the pipe work required prior, and cut my work top shoddily twice! Don’t bother and save yourself a lot of heartache and money!

Gives quotes of his head just to get the work.

Quoted me £42k for a back garden annex paid him in instalments the full amount over three months and said that he spent the whole amount on my project.

Didn’t finish the job. Just took £43k and disappeared. Solicitor and police are informed.

No tiling done no flooring done no toilets done no electrics done no plumbing done no concrete done.

Kept telling me that he spent the whole amount on MY annex. Did only half the job.

Thief and a cowboy him and his workers don’t even know how to fit a waste pipe. Don’t trust.
