Good to get a high level assessment of what I have and what the future may hold financially. I would want a more detailed assessment before I make any decisions but this is a very good start

We only have one aim, to give savers direct access to, or allow trustees, employers and providers to provide tools their pension savers need, to improve their retirement outcomes. Put simply, there are plenty of tools which tell pension savers if they take A each year, earn B returns, their pots will last for C years. For almost everyone these offer no practical help, as nearly everyone has other income or savings to put towards retirement. Included in these are State Pensions, Final Salary pensions, ISA savings and part time work for example. Some of these are taxable, some are not. Our tool is the only fully holistic planning tool that can be used directly by individuals without expert input. Our tool answers the one question pension savers actually want answered, "How do I use everything I have, to get the after tax income I want in retirement?". Required alternative option for drawdown
I wanted to do a drawdown for a different amount of years and only gave me the option for life or until 75… no option to change it

Not sure what you mean we always build you a drawdown plan for life. You can select increases on the income you want up to age 75 (as many people spend less in later years) or for life.

Not able to include spouses state…
Not able to include spouses state pension or to plan as a couple with widows DB pension. Also not able to include expected lifespan of each member of a couple.

Thanks for the review as per our blogs and an update going out later today, we are working through regulatory requirements to be able to provide additional modelling, however this is taking much longer than expected. As an actuary I can also model life expectancy accurately, but there are regulatory restrictions in providing this outside of advice. We are doing our best within the realm of what is allowed under guidance.

Using Guiide to take some pension pot while working
I used Guiide to determine how much of my pension pot I could take without incurring higher rate tax. As I am building a business and my other income will increase over time. It gave me information in wasn't expecting but I should be aware of and is going to be my go to when I eventually look to retire properly. The ability to add other pots and see the tax implications is rally useful.
