Guideone claims process was a great…

Guideone claims process was a great experience for our church. they got adjusters on the seen quickly, made assessment and funded the work required.

They direct deposited our funds - great help to speed the recovery.
The claims department is very supportive and responsive. We are well pleased

The seamless process made the experience great. Ms Kylee, our adjuster, always responded promptly and was there to answer our questions regarding the claim.

Appreciate the quick work.

Appreciate the quick work.
Within a few weeks, we were able to not only get the adjuster out, but also the builders involved. It was about a 4 week turn around and a new roof for the church was on. Thanks again.

Our experience at the Christian Church…

Our experience at the Christian Church of Wilkinsburg with roof and ceiling repairs was wonderful. With the exception of a couple inspectors who came out to survey the damage (the first didn't have a ladder or drone and another came the day before and did not tell us to cancel meeting him), the communication with the Guide One staff was clear and punctual. Every question we had and our concerns about the above inspectors was dealt with swiftly.

Claim rightly declined.

GuideOne turned down a claim for water damage as they should according to the policy. I do wish they had made that determination a little sooner so we could move on with repairs, but other than that they we thorough in their invest.
