The Sales Girls Are LEGIT! I needed this challenge to revamp my mindset around sales and it helped get me on track to really make q4 the best ever.

I took public speaking *online* in college. I was 3 points away from failing that course. Fast forward 8 years later when I found The Salesgirls. I found confidence I've never seen before in myself. I've started businesses. I've been able to speak on camera. Even in front of an audience.

BUT THEN... another 4 years goes by and I joined the Sell Your Offer Challenge. 3 days in, I'm having people reach out to me saying they're seeing a transformation. They're joining my webinars. They want to know what I'm doing differently.

Most challenges are full of fluff and focused on selling you their offer. Macy made it clear up front that would be coming, then set it aside and dove into SO MUCH CONTENT. Not only did I learn a ton, but got the motivation I needed to actually take action.

I recently participated in the "Sell Your Offer" challenge from The Guide Culture and read the book "Sell for Good." I'm thrilled I started with the book, as it helped me identify and replace my limiting beliefs with empowering ones. The challenge itself was a fantastic experience.

The consistent communication through emails and texts was impressive, catering perfectly to busy business owners and work-from-home mothers like myself. The recordings were invaluable, allowing me to catch up whenever I missed a live session.

Although I got busy implementing what I learned and missed posting some assignments, this time for reflection helped me understand my progress better. The extra bonus material and surprise bonus day were delightful additions that showcased the program's value and the team's dedication.

Implementing the lessons has been transformative. Focusing on the payoff has become a game-changer. I practiced on people all week, even using these skills to get my 10-year-old daughter to clean her room without arguments and my 13-year-old to attend a business event. I also signed up three new business partners, got three guests to attend a company event, and signed up four new customers by focusing on their needs and benefits.

The biggest takeaway for me is that sales skills are indeed life skills. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to achieve better results in life and business.

The energy and passion The Salesgirls pump into each and every student is unmatched. If you’re looking for a reset, feeling stuck, or just feeling a pull to see what the Salesgirls are all about RUN don’t walk to this challenge. I don’t even have a business and I would take again again to make me a better Salesgirls (I.e. mom, wife, employee, sister, daughter). The world needs us to be our best and this challenge is an amazing BOOST to becoming just that.

Honestly, I am SOOO Thankful I decided to commit to this challenge. It has completely transformed my mind and allowed me to fall in love with sales in a way that I never anticipated. The Challenge was thoughtfully created and executed. I can honestly say I got more than I imagined out of the program. I'm sooooo glad I upgraded to VIP because the coaching during that dedicated 1 extra hour EVERY DAY for 5 days was powerful and thought provoking. The Sell Your Offer Challenge is worth every minute & dollar invested. Macy is so generous with her knowledge and time - definitely over-delivers on what is promised. This challenge goes beyond their social & podcast content, diving deeper and covering more topics. My thinking is different after the SYOC week, my conversations are more meaningful, and I have implemented changes in our sales process that have already resulted in more proposals going out (and one that had stalled was signed after a follow up chat using what I’ve learned!). If you want to have more natural sales conversations & begin learning to persuade for good to increase your business, the SYOC is the best place to start. Amazing. Def makes you start thinking about how you’re communicating whatever it is you’re selling. You start thinking about every aspect of your day and how you can take an others first mindset and change the way your message is received!
