Avoid this company at all cost.
They use predatory marketing tactics to convince small businesses to advertise through them. The advertising on offer is very over stated in terms it's benefits. We were offered a partnership arrangement with a local real estate agent who would help promote our business as part of the marketing package. After enquiring with the real estate company, it turns out the benefits being offered by Guest Services were massively over stated and the owner of the real estate business agreed the marketing wasn't worth it for the price requested. I cancelled my contract within the typical cooling off period and Guest Services continued to hound me for payment for weeks after. Avoid this company, no morals at all !

These sales people scammed our young daughter who was working in our shop when we were on an airplane at the time of their visit and our daughter repeatedly told them that she would need to check with us, they pushed her into securing a place in their booklet and agreed if when we returned and if we did not agree they would refund the $1700, once they left the shop she immediately emailed them within an hour and asked for the contract to be cancelled, as she felt scammed as soon as they left, they ignored her request and when we rang them the called our daughter a lier, I know who the liars are, don't go anywhere near them, even Harcourts were caught up in the scam and are trying to get out of it. I do not understand how we have no protection at all against these type of hard sales with no cooling period, they also claim she was an authorised person because they made her side the ipad without showing any terms and conditions, but never once asked to see evidence of the fact.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, THEY TELL YOU THERE IS A GRACE PERIOD AND THEN THEY DONT STOP HARRASSING YOU FOR PAYMENT - IVE TOLD THEM 5 TIMES TO CANCEL, AND THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL.

Simply a scam. Please don't fall into their marketing & sales trap! Lost $4000! 0 leads! Not even an enquiry phone call. Please avoid at ALL costs!

Our small business spent $4000 to be included in what was a very basic paper pamphlet that was produced and given to a local real estate company to hand out at home opens. This has been unsuccessful and landed zero leads.

Avoid at all cost small business owners are being taken advantage of save your money and try anything else just don't give this company any of your hard earned money.
Total scam they need to be shut down.

this is a scam they are not real!!!! please do not send any money to their bank account. ROY is not a real person. Please do not send any money to any company associated with this name. Website is fake, Instagram is fake. We were quoted 4k and luckily only sent them 2k before realising that it was fake when we noticed no pamphlets were made.

Scammers who pretend to work on behalf of other companies and then want to charge you $4000 advertising packages.
Avoid!!!
