George (in Saugerties) is great to work with. He kept in touch with me while I was on vacation to let me know what was available. I appreciated the tour of the facility upon my return and his explanation of everything and his recommendations for what I needed. The location is very convenient for me and I am very pleased that you now have temp controlled units. Thank you.

I paid extra for a temp-controlled unit in Highland but with all the rain in the summer of 2023, alot of my items got damp and mildewed. They also use a terrible toxic chemical inside the buildings (to repel insects, perhaps), which has resulted in all of my cloth items (clothes, bedding, furniture) getting basically ruined because of this smell. It would costs thousands of dollars to get everything cleaned. I did ask the management when I first rented the space if they could remove the toxic-chemical-emitting devices from the building, and they said they would, but apaprently they never did. Every time I need to enter my storage space my lungs and throat ache from the chemicals. These toxins are not only bad for your stuff, they're bad for your health.

Very nice staff…..treated me with respect and very helpful to all my needs….I appreciate guardian for keeping my stored items safe. I didn’t lock my storage properly and I was notified immediately through email and a phone call….they actually check your storage to make sure it’s locked. Thankyou to Scott and staff, I appreciate you!!!

We were very well taken care of by Kristi Klag. She was extremely clear, efficient and kind. She made the whole process smooth and easy. Also we like the space a lot. It's clean and well maintained and feels safe. We are very happy we made this change

No one wants to really have a storage unit, but sometimes it is necessary. The place is always clean. The real secret to the building's success is the people. My main contact is the office; this is my contact with Guardian. Sharon is the type of person I would want, running my office, every
day of the week. She not only makes my involvement with Guardian easy--she makes it pleasant. She never seems to have a bad day. I have just retired from my business of 40 years, and if I still had it in operation; I would have done my best to steal her away AND have her running my office. There's such a shortage of good people today, you just don't forget the good ones and you always remember the outstanding one's name--Sharon.

It was easy I called and needed a unit fast and the guy who answered the phone was very helpful and got me set up to move stuff in within an hour. I like that it’s 24 hour access. The sign at the gate was helpful bc I put my code in and then # sign but after that didn’t work 2x it said try again I read the sign to see you actually hit * after your code.
I did send a email that was quickly answered bc the door had a piece of track missing. The door still works but I wanted to let them know it was like that before I moved in. It works so I told them I did not need it fixed right away.

Anita is fantastic couldn’t ask for better customer service. As a business owner this is exactly the type of employee I would want representing my company

Starting our storage three months ago has been the best from the start. Vicki took and gave us the tour and knowing that she cared for us is what made our decision. We are happy with our service and the storage unit has been working out great!! The size and the convivence and how clean it is. This is where you would want to be.

But during the summer months when. It’s 95+ degrees can you use the a/c in the loading dock, elevator, and of course, on the floors?? thanks it’s very suffocating in there for that amount of heat!!
