Have purchased 3 lots of Gtech garden tools all of which are performing very well; having raised 2 queries I am very impressed by their willingness to assist.

I purchased a air fox platinum 2 years ago , Gtech have been out of stock of the paper filters for months, I have emailed them and had no response, and now can’t use the vacuum cleaner,
So now need to buy a different brand

Such a shame as the cleaner worked well

I had a reply from customer service, they still have no delivery dates, so no help whatsoever

The Gtech strimmer is absolutely awful. This puts me off buying any Gtech products. I've lost count of the number of times the plastic blades either broke or simply came off. To reiterate:- Awful product.

Just bought a Gtech air ram plus, arrived well packed and assembly was easy, only concern is it’s weak handle connection to the main body of the vacuum, and it is not as powerful as my previous Shark cordless it doesn’t seem to lift the pile as well, however, the handheld part is very good.
It comes with a 2 year warranty

I had to contact Gtech regarding a 10 year old Gtech AR29 vacuum cleaner. I was astounded to get strait through to customer services. I explained that the wheels had fell off this item and that I had been asked by a pensioner to repair it as they treasured the value it had given over the years. I was more than pleased when the customer service person said it was a known problem and I could have 2 new wheels if I just paid the postage of £2.99. I did and they arrived and I fixed the vacuum for one extremely happy pensioner. I also noted after a search on the internet some spares companies were selling these at an outrages price of £30+ . I dont think anyone could have expected such an excellent attitude to customers after 10 years. 5 Stars well deserved.

I ordered an airam3 package but had second thoughts and cancelled the order by telephone less than 1 hour later
They confirmed the order was cancelled but STILL TOOK MY MONEY the next day saying i would get a refund in 7 - 10 working days ABSOLUTE DISGRACE is this company so desperate for money they delay a refund for upto 2 weeks

Quality product — but you at for that quality. Beautifully designed and built.

Gtech uses DPD for delivery of their products.
BEWARE! DPD are incompetent and unprofessional to the extreme. On 3 occasions have they "tried" to deliver to me and I get a text message saying "Sorry we missed you", needless to say I was at home waiting for them but there is no evidence on my gate CTTV that they even came to my gate. Gtech has contacted them but has no hold over them and DPD merely tells them Porkies that they are again going to deliver it "tomorrow", but tomorrow does not seem to come either. So think carefully about ordering from Gtech whilst they use DPD for deliveries as they have no sway over DPD and seem to merely accept the poor treatment of their customers by DPD. I cannot comment on whether the Gtech hedge trimmer is any good as they have not been able to fulfill their contractual obligation to me to deliver the product. So take your changes with ordering from Gtech whilst they use DPD.

First time buying a GTech product and it's fantastic, great service from ordering to receiving

Ordered item in haste and 10 mins called them to cancel. Discovered credit card already charged! Order was cancelled and told refund would be actioned. 9 days later still no refund..... beware shady practices..

The vacuum they sent us was faulty, so we sent it back. Now Gtech are ignoring my emails and have not refunded our money.
We took a chance on going for a Gtech device as we have never used them before.
Given the low quality of their vacuum cleaners and the low standard of customer service, we will not return as a customer.

Phoned today about my dad’s Gtech vacuum Cleaner. Fabulous customer service the lady I spoke to went out of her way to help me and she resolved the problem. I was very impressed with the level of service. Also helped that their queuing system includes a callback service.

Bought a GTECH SLM50 lawnmower, new in box from ebay. Only used it 10 times, when the electric pins connecting the mower body and shaft sheared off, rendering it useless. No guarantee, so would have had to fork out nearly £100 for replacement parts. Ive decided to cut my losses and go with another brand as I wasnt impressed from the off: flimsy and overpriced, and that was before it broke.
I do not recommend.

Fantastic service from G Tech
the blade cutting attachment on my HT50 broke whilst in use and couldn’t be repaired ,
contacted G tech on Saturday afternoon to see what my options would be , they replied Sunday morning asking for serial no , address and where up purchased it from , 10 mins later had an order confirmation back , they are sending me a free replacement ( replacements cost £50 ) Couldn’t ask for better support from there customer services and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering buying any of there products which i will certainly be doing in the future . thank you GTech

Good products, but put off by their new horrible AI ads.

Must be a cheap company and products if they can't afford to not use AI in their adverts

About a month after purchasing the AirRAM Platinum hoover the battery randomly stopped working - these things happen. We phoned and reported the problem but then the phone call got cut off. We called back and spoke to another member of customer services who said she'd get the person we spoke to first to call us back. That phone call never came but the next day (before we got round to attempting to sort it again) the new battery arrived! Very speedy replacement so we're very impressed! And the ladies we spoke to in customer services were really friendly.

Our Orca floor cleaner will not accept charge. It is within warranty however customer support don’t have either spares or a replacement and whilst advise they may be able to help in a few months when more stock arrives can’t do anything for us at the present, this leaves us without a cleaner with no idea when it may be resolved, very poor.

Bought a GTech cordless lawnmower and am quite disappointed,t leaves grass lines and occasionally gouges into the turf even though it is on a high setting.
GTech came back promptly with a solution and an offer to rectify.
