Ordered a phone case and they sent the wrong one , Phoned the 3 times to Ali and during the conversations i was cut off , they kept blaming the phone line . Then they wouldn` t answer the phone . I got through on another phone but they tried to put me off with a load of Crap .I gave him the code number of the item they sent which was totally different to the one they sent , then wanted me to send it back at my expense when it`s their fault sending the wrong item . Now they want me to e.mail them with the details which i think will be a waste of time after looking @ some previous comments , i`m now waiting for E.bay to sort it ,Avoid @ all costs not worth even i star , very rude people .

Absolutely rubbish customer service.

1 star is to high for them. I bought a phone case from them, it arrived in the wrong colour. They offered me a partial refund, rather than the right colour. Eventually they agreed to a full refund then went quiet and ignored all communications. Stay away from them, they are total SCAM!

1 Star is too high for the poor customer service I have received from this company. I ordered a phone case for my Samsung Galaxy A13 4G on the 31 May 2022 via their Ebay store. Very shortly after the back of the case broke and bits started to snap off. I contacted the company through Ebay where they told me to "confirm the model and address and a replacement will be sent" I have confirmed the model and address several times with no reply and they have now asked the same question 5 times. Terrible customer service, will not purchase from these again.

This company are crooks and lying about what they sent me and told me I did as they requested thought I was dealing with a honest company but I was wrong there lower than a common theft they have stolen my money and I will never see it again this is the reason I have done this review. I have the email that is proof of this that they sent now they just hang up there phone when I contact them. Stay away from them. Use other mobile suppliers that you can trust. I myself am honest and trustworthy and not putting this review up lightly buyer’s beware !!!!.

Ordered item on the 6th January (for next day delivery) - delivery didn't arrive, attempted to contact via email. no reply, attempted to call both trade lines, no answer.

See that on finding a tracking link the transaction has been cancelled. no notification on why it was cancelled or that it was even cancelled. Simply zero communication.

We paid £16 for next day courier service and received the item a week later - not very satisfied .

Ordered leather air tag via their eBay store. Wrong item sent by their own admission, comms short and abrupt, seller asked for item to be sent back, offered to pay return posting. Item returned with proof of posting. Then nothing, blanked, no refund, no replies, no comms.

Avoid - brought 2 chargers & broke

Full S10 plus screen my phone look and feels like new. Very fast delivery.
