Extremely disappointed with Grateful’s conduct as an independent Troncmaster. There is a clear lack of transparency, communication and accountability throughout the process.

When staff reach out for continued support, we feel we are being fobbed off rather than given proper answers or meaningful support. When we ask for information or raise legitimate questions and concerns, we are often ignored. This is particularly concerning when the decisions being made directly affect employees’ pay.

Staff deserve clear communication, transparency and the opportunity to have their concerns properly addressed. Instead, the experience has been one of frustration, with little meaningful engagement or reassurance.

Extremely disappointed with Grateful’s conduct as an independent Troncmaster. The lack of transparency has been unacceptable, particularly the 55-day delay in providing policy documentation and the retrospective application of points-based allocations after payroll had already been processed.

When a company is responsible for a system that directly impacts employees’ pay, I would expect far greater accountability, fairness and a willingness to engage with staff concerns rather than dismiss them.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Grateful to any organisation that values transparency, fair treatment of employees and positive employee relations.

Their operation lacks basic transparency, characterized by an unreasonable 55-day delay in delivering policy documentation and applying points-based allocations retrospectively after payroll processing. Substantive feedback and queries from staff are routinely ignored, falling well short of standard consultation practices and statutory transparency expectations. Cannot recommend their services to any organization that values fair, transparent employee relations.

Absolutely disgraceful! I have just found out that our tips are being shared with management of head office to pay for bonuses. This is not legal and I have started proceedings with acas for an employment tribunal.

Excellent provider. They are relatively new to the market but far better than the competitors we've tested. I'd recommend them for any business looking to streamline their tipping system

We recently implemented grtfl within our business, and it has been a fantastic addition. Our staff have really enjoyed the transparency it offers, making them feel more comfortable and valued. Clients appreciate having full control over their tips, ensuring they go directly to the team member who treated and supported them. The system is easy to use and has significantly improved the overall tipping experience for both our staff and clients. Excellent customer service and a very easy set up process. Highly recommended!
