They did not follow through with one of…
They did not follow through with one of my account and there was a judgement against me and I almost lost my house. They also don't make it clear that what they save you in the debt they charge you in fees.

They were able to clearly identify how they could help me with the financial mess I was in and update me on each item they are working on. I am able to call and get information if I don't understand something and actually can talk to a live person!

You really only save about 10% or less
They sell you (agents and website) a program that will make you save 40-60% , but don’t specify amount fees related (all in fine print) with a clear real picture. It took me 2 years plus to settle on my accounts, only paid off 3 of 9 (the smallest). Settlement offer from banks were 50-70% however… GRT settlement fee is 25% of the DEBT AMOUNT which ended up only saving me very little… plus 48 months of fees for service and some better life plans that I never needed. They were not clear on this because they just want you in a take advantage of your situation: a legit way to take advantage of people in debt and stress.
Their portal is confusing, they do t put the information in an easy way to follow… they longer they take to settle the more they benefit from your situation. Also… you first cover their ridiculous fee….
You are better negotiating directly with the your creditors… do you own math…

I am still getting phone calls, texts, and emails from the creditors that you've supposedly helped me with. Ive asked for confirmation that you've reached out to these companies and was told that wasnt how you worked. I've made 2 payments, days away from the 3rd and I feel like I've been scammed.

Most aspects are good
Most aspects are good. They are friendly and have pd 3 out of 5 of my accts in 1& 1/2 yrs. But my medical acct which is not really that high in the scale of things they have not connected on and I have gotten 2 sets of collections letters from this medical system. Then they want to pass me off to another loan before they have finished paying what they agreed to. I'm afraid I will get screwed in the end.
