We hired growthyard to hire a BDE, unfortunately the candidates submitted were of low quality after 21 days of recruitment. Having been told we would have to pay another sourcing fee to continue searching, we decided to take a chance on one knowing that we had a replacement candidate guarantee. Unfortunately that candidate very quickly demonstrated themselves unsuitable and we were forced to let them go.
When we requested the replacement we were told there was no one at growthyard that could begin source a replacement for another month. This despite having very clear timelines defined in the contract.
