You cannot access your profile and you cannot cancel your subscription, you can't access any of that, this is a scam, you cannot cancel your subscription, I tried to even find my profile with their bot chat, the bot chat quoted google advice. Please give me advice on how to cancel my subscription, otherwise I am going to have to report this to the RCMP as a scam website

Tried to cancel the service since there is a 30 days money back guarantee. There is no section to try to cancel to be found in the whole website. Asked their AI system how to cancel, it said "go to your profile and cancel it" There is not even a "your profile". Tried to contact them by their contact form, "Error 419". In other words there is no way to cancel their subscription. Also On their site there is a FALSE 4.7 Trustpilot rating. I guess trustpilot should take a look at this too.

Scammers there is no way to cancel your subscription i paid for one month then i wanted to cancel but not possible to go through your account settings, i wrote to the support team many timesd but keep trying to take money from my account. Be careful one's you subscribe you won't be able to cancel your subscription.

I subscribed to the trial with free cancelation but when trying to cancel, it does not work! You go through the prescribed steps on their website, confirm 3 times you want to cancel the subscription, and the last window then says "failed to cancel...contact us".

Yet on the website of the app there is literally no "contact us" button? You need to go to the general webpage of Growth Grid, and then file a message to cancel.

That said I’m glad to share that the termination worked and the company’s staff reacted and responded swiftly….i thought….

On 8 October, all of a sudden I see my credit card has been debited again? I checked the website and it says my subscription has been deleted. However, my credit card shows these guys have been debitting the subscription amount every month?!

I have put this forward to cybersecurity department of my bank to seek recourse.

All users need to be alert!!! DONT EVEN SIGN UP FOR TRIALS!!!
