Paid extra for a currier and it still took 6 days for delivery. DHL were very poor.

Easy website to use, good product knowledge. Only have 4 stars as the item showed as in stock. Paid in full, then received an email stating delayed stock. The company kept us informed and then item received on the new date a few weeks later.

Really fast service
Really fast service. Would use again. The 3M wet and dry paper is excellent quality and does not lose abrasive in water (as cheap alternatives do).

Unbelievable... I am well versed in receiving customer support for both processing orders and post-sale communication and I have to say Grove is genuinely the best company I have ever had the pleasure of having a business relationship with. Contextually, I am a tiny customer as I barely contribute 3 figures a year, but they still respond to any queries I have, invoice requests, even messages of gratitude if I have applied extra care to an order or put a kind message. This is the absolute gold standard for customer service which EVERY other company out there should take note of
