Thank you for the dishonest review from the fraudsters.

This buyer violated our policy. They attempted to steal our tools but failed. Then they falsely accused us of fraud with baseless accusations.

First: If we were defrauding them, we wouldn't have sent any products or services to the buyer. However, we did send the service to the user, and they accessed and used it. Proof of this buyer accessing our system is shown in the image below. If you have questions, why didn't you message us before purchasing or request support immediately upon receiving the goods? They only messaged us after using the tools for 3 days, then demanded unreasonable things from us. This buyer is clearly fraudulent.

Secondly: They accuse us of fraud by providing an app and forcing them to install it. This is a baseless accusation. We clearly state on our website that installing the app is required and that this must be accepted before making a purchase. No one buys anything from any website without researching and reading information about that website's services.

We provide transparent and clear information about how we provide services on our website.

This is a fraudulent accusation aimed at damaging our reputation, while we provide complete information, policies, and how we provide our services on our website.

Third: This buyer repeatedly requested our username and password. When we refused, they accused us of being a scammer.

This request from the buyer is completely unreasonable.

Fourth: We have terms and policies in place when providing services to users. We will not accept any user who intentionally violates our policies.

This buyer is trying to explain and blame everything on us while they themselves are fraudsters.

After thoroughly investigating this buyer's information, we discovered they are another tool seller who wanted to steal our tool to resell it. They had previously purchased tools from our website and acted similarly. Please verify that the reviews from BE are all from the same person.

We are not here to argue, but to seek justice and prove that this reviewer is wrong. We have the right to speak out to protect ourselves from fraudulent users who abuse our service and then use these untrue and malicious reviews to damage our reputation.

You claimed that we scammed you and took your money, and that we provided you with a non-working application that blocked you.

Below is information on the service and support we provided you as soon as you requested it via email. We responded and assisted you very quickly. We have an anti-fraud system using Cloudflare to ensure our service runs smoothly and efficiently. We also explained that you need to log in with a regular browser to access our member system.

You ignored our instructions and logged in using an unfamiliar browser or software attempting to steal our service information, which our Cloudflare anti-fraud system then prevented.

We clearly informed you to log in using the standard Chrome browser; only then would you be able to access our service. Below is an image to demonstrate our point.

So, how are we supposed to help you when you're ignoring our support? In this case, are we defrauding you and taking your money while we're trying to assist you?

Try asking yourself: "Does any scam provider need to explain themselves to people and seek justice?"

Regarding your claim that you need to install an application to use the tools, all information about this is clearly stated on our website in the FAQs section. All our information is transparent and clear.

You say our application is collecting information, is unsafe, and contains viruses. Surely you thoroughly tested it before installing it on your computer, right? If something is unsafe, why would you install it?

Try asking yourself, "This user keeps saying our application is unsafe. Why would he force himself to install it on his computer? This is illogical."

We have repeatedly explained that you need to use the regular Chrome browser to access our member area. We have repeatedly explained this to you. You deliberately ignored what we said.
