I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I don't like giving bad reviews but if I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered a shredder on 2nd June and I was notified that it was despatched on 10th June. After waiting weeks with no sign of the item, I contacted 'Manuel' (AI?) Customer Services at Groovesland on 24th June, who just repeated that the item was despatched on 10th June and quoted, yet again (seems to be their mantra), about 'shipping delays'. On the same day, Lo and Behold, Evri (my heart sank when I realised that the delivery service was Evri, as they are also really hit and miss) got in touch and said they had the item! and that it was going to be delivered on 26th June. It didn't turn up. I contacted 'Manuel' again who quoted, yet again, about shipping delays. I also contacted Evri and 'Claire' (AI?) from Customer Services said to leave everything to her! By 28th June, nothing further had happened. I then contacted Paypal, giving them all the information, and they refunded my money. Obviously a charge-back to Groovesland was actioned and then Groovesland got in touch sending me a document to sign so that they could get their money back from Evri. Truly abysmal service. My strong recommendation is to avoid at all costs.

Groovesland canceled my order, allegedly for lack of inventory. Said they would refund my money in 2-4 days. Three weeks have passed and now they say they will not refund my money. Total Scam.
Misleading Sales Tactics, Unprofessional Customer Service
I had been hunting high and low for a record that, to my knowledge, had been a limited release and was only available on the secondary market. Lo and behold, Groovesland had a big green dot that said "IN STOCK" next to this elusive record. I was thrilled, and I ordered it! A couple of days later, I received an email with my order status - a status that said "ordered with supplier." Not sure what that meant, I emailed them with a simple question - "do you actually have this in stock?" I was met with a copy/paste answer that didn't help, so I asked again and reiterated that I was not trying to be rude, but wanted a clear answer as to whether or not I could expect this order to go through. After a couple of similar exchanges, they finally said "well, since you clearly missed that this is on backorder, we're just going to cancel the order." For the record, at this point their website still showed the album was in stock. First impressions are important, and the first impression I received was loaded with misleading information, immature/unprofessional customer service, and a refund that, frankly, I'm not convinced I'll ever see. I could have easily forgiven the mislabeled stock status on the website if the customer service rep (Manuel) had even bothered to treat me like a customer and not a nuisance.
Do not trust this shop with your money
Despite not having any justifiable reason they continue to withhold my money its been 6 weeks now no investigation into my compliant

You order something,one pays for it . Weeks later after many emails, they apologize,that they don’t have it in stock. Promise to return the money but not to receive anything. It’s like a scam. It should get no stars . The company should be investigated and closed .
Item not in stock.No communication.
Ordered an item for my sons birthday. Didn’t receive any email confirmation and my log in details didn’t work. After a few days with no update I contacted Groovesland who advised that the item wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be for a few weeks! Luckily I had purchased through PayPal who gave me a full refund.
I wouldn’t use this supplier again.

Groovesland.com 💯% has proven to be a trustworthy site. I paid by direct bank transfer (certainly a bit twitchy to do so but I've done this before with another German retailer Sotel.com so felt less worried as all went well then). The payment was received by them on the 28 Oct (confirmed via email - took a full day with all sorts of off putting warnings by my bank b4 I could actually get to send the payment) & I received my purchase on the 5 November - No Problems!
I will certainly use this site again & pay by direct bank transfer to help businesses avoid card bank charges - great idea, more businesses should offer it.

Paid for 1-3 tracked day shipping. They didn't create the dispatch label untill day 5 and this didn't start showing any movement until 3 weeks from ordering.
I email number of times asking for updates to be told it can take upto a month. Then I asked to cancel and refund as tracking had not shown as even collected but this was refused and I was told I could only get a refund if I wait till it comes then return zt my own expense even though this was not even showing as collected by the courier at this point.
My purchase was for a birthday present but this missed this terribly.
Will never use this company again nor will anyone I know.

Delivery was supposed to be 1-6 days, i did think they has a UK, US and NL base. It took 24 days for the item to arrive and i had to pay over £100 on customs. I was also charged to use PayPal £33 and they put it down as delivery charge, which was false. Its actually illegal to charge for using PayPal. I was also charged £2.32 for tracking my package. My item which was supposed to be a good price ended up costing me £870, not the £533 it was supposed to be. I would NEVER buy from them again.
To put into perspective, an item i bought from Taiwan came within 4 working days. This item from Netherlands to UK took 24days.
They couldn't fulfill my order and…
They couldn't fulfill my order and refunded me 2 months after I placed it... I could have and should have used another company. Very disappointed.
Also, they kept selling this record after I placed my order... seems shady.

Very sceptical but very satisfied
After reading all this reviews I was very sceptical about ordering from this seller However I seen they support PayPal payment so I tried and ordered from them as no stock in UK . I have received my package after 7 days of purchase just the delivery drivers are lazy and were keep saying for 2 days that unable to deliver no access to property bla bla bla .... but there wasn't attempt to deliver as always someone in my house . On the end my parcel was delivered to the post office collection point.
The item I bought has been very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I can definitely recommend this seller .
Don’t order anything from this company
grooves land claims to have a presence in the UK they DON'T! Don’t order from them.They do not openly declare additional costs to UK buyers (VAT,Custom charges) on the billing and hide it in the Terms and conditions, my item which ended up costing me almost double got stuck in customs and I end up paying VAT plus additional handling customs charges from Royal Mail when the item finally arrived at my local depot. Awful customer service as well. Completely unprofessional and ignored customers emails.
Do not order anything from this company, their should not be allowed to operate in the UK. It's only afterwards did I realise that there are many other dupe victims like me of this scam.

The ONLY reason I am giving this dishonest company ONE STAR is because it is the lowest rating I can make.
I have placed 3 orders with them - the FIRST was a double CD that arrived smashed into countless pieces and they only offered a 50% refund. Thank GOD for Paypal - after several weeks of excruciating e-mails back and forth in which they refused to take ANY responsibility, I FINALLY got ALL my money back.
That was my FIRST ORDER as a NEW CUSTOMER, mind you. What a GREAT first impression...SARCASM INTENDED.
The second order went OK.
This time - and it is THE LAST TIME, I NEVER SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED (KEY WORD) THEM AGAIN - I ordered the limited edition Camel Air Born box set on UMG, which contains 27 CDs and 5 Blu Rays. I didn't trust them but the price was the lowest I found and IT WAS IN STOCK, for $181 - They had SEVEN IN STOCK when I placed the order....and then, sure enough, it DID NOT SHIP and I got nothing but EXCUSES from them about it NOT BEING AVAILABLE due to a "mistake" blah blah etc. etc. "very sorry" yeah, right.
So while they BAIT AND SWITCHED ME I was NOT ABLE TO BUY THIS FROM AN HONEST SELLER.
They LIED by telling me it was IN STOCK and then SAT ON MY ORDER FOR ELEVEN DAYS while they tried to "source it". They NEVER HAD IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I HAVE NOW HAD TO OPEN 2 CASES ON PAYPAL OUT OF 3 ORDERS.
I have NEVER had to do that WITH ANY OTHER "SELLER".
THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR RISK.

Their free shipping is a lie. Check your invoice carefully. Order fulfillment and shipping is unbelievably slow. They did reply to my support request but didn’t answer my question.

I am in the US. The site says 4 to 8 business days for an item to be received. Running a computer repair store, I rely on businesses to keep their word. It took a week to ship, ordered on the 8th, shipped on the 16th. It's the 23rd today and it's still in the Netherlands. Do not order from this company unless you can wait. I can't talk about the motherboard that I ordered, it's still a few countries away

Waitied for over 3 weeks for parcel to arrive. E-mailed them twice to ask for the tracking number, no reply the first time, the 2nd time got a really cheeky e-mail to say the parcel was at customs and "they had fulfilled their obligation" and to "pay the fee and collect the package", i had payed the fee 2 weeks prior.
