I ordered gloves on July 30th have not…

I am having a problem with the delivery of my order however the company is working to resolve.
I hope it is soon as they have a superior product which I am already using

Customer provided wrong zip code for his shipping address, therefore the package seems to be bouncing around with postal service.

Gripad X-fit

Gripad X-fit is big enough for using barbell during chest press, unlike the normal size gripad in which the the edges will hurt the palm.

Pay attention!

I ordered gripad classics, one red and one purple. When I received the box, there were two red pairs in it. I notified the company and they immediately sent a pink pair. When I reminded them that I had ordered not pink but purple, they sent out a purple pair. Finally I got my red and my purple, with a red pair and pink pair for free. So...while I appreciate the immediate response to my issue with no questions asked, it would have been nice to get my original order the first time!

Great Product

Great product, easily washable. Great grip, very good durability, great value when you shop their sales. Highly recommended!

Love the Grip Pads...used them for…

Love the Grip Pads...used them for years! Only negative is that they should cover the bottom of the palm better!

Customer ordered from South Africa and products were shipped next day.

Products are shipped via USPS Int' by default, and unfortunately we have no control over the efficiency of international local postal services. Customer should contact his local postal service to locate the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via USPS (US Postal Service) by default, with First Class Mail or Priority Mail; depending on order size. If you would like to ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, please contact us before placing an order to get a quote.

We have no control over the efficiency of any International postal services. Some postal services in foreign countries do not scan the bar-code on packages, which will make some orders untrackable once they leave the USA.

We take no responsibility for lost shipments to International destinations if shipped via USPS. No funds will be refunded, unless the package is returned back to our warehouse, in which case, shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

There are delivery companies that offer shipping of online orders to domestic addresses within the USA. They will group and repackage your orders, and release them via DHL at your request to your preferred International address. Example: www.borderlinx.com
