From start to finish the whole experience was personal, efficient and effortless. At no point did I feel pressured and the install process was super professional. The end result looks stunning and can’t wait for the sun to shine so we can make full use of it!

Wow, if you are looking for an outdoor kitchen then this is the company you want. The quality of the kitchen and professionalism of the installation team were both exceptional.

I have seen the Grillo adverts numerous times when driving around the M25 and decided to take the plunge after looking at other providers who couldn’t quite deliver what we’ve been looking for. I’m so pleased we made the decision we have.

From the off the process has been exactly what you would expect when buying a premium product. Beth was a godsend when helping us design our layout and was regularly on hand to answer any questions. Billy and Shay were brilliant throughout the installation and handover.

Grillo isn’t a cheap option but the quality and the service are worth every penny.

Quality product delivered and assembled without fuss.

I wanted an outdoor kitchen for my new outdoor area and researched this sector in great depth. I finally opted for Grillo as, in my mind, they had the right team and infrastructure to deliver what I needed. Layla helped me choose the modules, design the space and I visited the offices to 'touch and feel' the products. The kitchen was installed last Friday and we love it. Spacious, well built, attractive, functional.....looking forward to grilling this summer....as long as the sun decides to shine.

Fitters were great also although didn't fit the fridge, asked me to dismantle the plug to put it under the unit then assemble it again, i payed a fitting fee i expect this to be done, I had to take a panel out and feed the cable under and put it back together as the plug is a sealed unit, not a big issue, but this could have been done by them as i was paying for install. Maybe a design issue in the panel behind the double fridge unit, might need a removable panel so the plug can be easily put through and plugged in? apart from that product and sales team are first class.

We visited the showroom and we made very welcome by all the staff. We made our purchase there and then we were very impressed with the product. We are waiting for our fitting which is also booked in quite quickly.

What a product! The quality is absolutely fantastic, the modular concept provides almost limitless configurations, and the customer service (pre and post purchase) is first class.

Having researched the company on the internet, to my surprise the HQ is in my home town of Haverhill, armed with our Cavapoochon Betsy we popped in unannounced and received excellent service and understanding of the products. We had our kitchen designed there and then, booked our install slot and left very happy.

Myself and my partner have a Grillo Gusto at home. We are beyond impressed with the results. Not only does it look incredible in our garden, but the food that comes off of it tastes amazing. The ceramic material helps to evenly distribute heat, resulting in perfectly cooked meat, veggies and of course halloumi! I highly recommend investing in one of these!
