Gourmet Burger Mince…..just wow! I have just ordered more of this fabulous mince, it’s a game changer for making burgers, the best yet.

6 kg of amazing pork loin cut specially for making back bacon at home has finally finished dry-curing (juniper/pomegranate molasses/maple syrup) and the first "test" slices were fabulous!
Not our first purchase from Gridiron by any means and certainly not the last. Half of this batch going to be cold-smoked in these cooler spring nights (maple/oak) and we're expecting to slice, vacuum pack and freeze around 250-300 rashers of exceptional bacon.
It can't be done without first-class meat of excellent provenance.
Thanks Gridiron, we will be back!

Proper meat,
I’ve been using Grid Iron for a few years now and believe I’ve sampled a good range of their products including: Sirloin, Rump, Rib eye, T-Bone and Porterhouse steaks, Silverside, Sirloin, and brisket roasting joints, racks and legs of lamb, gammon joints, pork chops, sausages, bacon and steaks along with cheeses, and the breakfast boxes.
The quality of both produce and service has always been first rate. It’s nice to have meat that doesn’t shrink to nothing when cooking and tastes like I remember food tasting at my grand house as a kid .
Barring one occasion where the delivery company cocked the dates up, which was delt with and squared away promptly by Ian, to date I haven’t had any issues.
In short I’ve no hesitation in recommending Grid Iron meats to anyone.

Great website. Reliable delivery and perfectly packaged. But most of all superb meat. The rack of pork I ordered last week was tender and flavourful with melt in the mouth crackling. Also your chickens are the best we have had in the UK (and outshone the poulet de Bresse we brought back from France recently).

Burgers are firm and do not loose size or shape when cooked however they were bland. They require more seasoning

Totally hear you on the burgers. Just to let you know, they're made with 100% Native Breed Beef – nothing else added. No fillers, no artificial bits, and no seasoning either. We leave that last part up to you, so you can go wild (or mild) with salt and pepper etc after cooking. Think of it as a blank canvas for your burger masterpiece.

We ordered a leg of Lsmb, sausages and several Tomaporks. All delivered very promptly and well packaged.
The Lamb was delicious, tender and full of flavour. Sausages were really tasty, meaty and full of flavour. The Tomaporks were really tender and we can’t wait to order more for when it’s bbq time!
