Our move went without a hitch. Our removals team were polite, considerate and hard working. They were willing to listen to us and took instruction when required.

Dealing with Amanda was easy and she ensured that evertything went to plan,

Boxes were picked up as arranged and we got our refund promptly.

We used Greens to move us into what became our family home 40 years ago and were very pleased with the service and efficiency. When it was time for us to downsize and move on we got quotes from a number of companies and chose Greens again as the quote was very reasonable and the service offered was as good, if not better than the service the other companies were offering.
The removal went with out a hitch and the crew were speedy, efficient and very professional. They were also very cheerful which goes a long way on a day that has the potential to be very stressful.
Needless to say that if we move house again in another 40 years time we'll use Greens without hesitation.

Great experience with Greens right from the start, so helpful & super organised on initial phone call and this carried through to the removal day, the two friendly guys arrived on time ,took a tour around house to see what needed to be done and promptly sorted all of it with minimum effort from me & no fuss at all.

I was expecting my move to Banbury from Chester to take two days but it was fully completed in one day! This meant I had time to start unpacking the next day so I was delighted.
From the great support provided by Amanda beforehand to the two lovely guys on the day the service was superb. I would definitely recommend Greens.

I needed removal and storage of furniture whilst new floors were laid. Very quick response. Furniture into storage and return completed in nine days. Super service.

Sent the wrong size van on day one, initial quote missed a room - blamed us. Broke a table and a TV - took 4 months to sort through insurnace.

Promised to collect cardboard boxes on the following tuesday, I left them out (no space in house), they eventually arrived on thursday to collect (it had rained) so they refued to take them (had to pay to get them collected!).

Instead of hanging clothes back in wardrobe or leaving them in boxes, just left them heaped on the beds.

Overall - couple of hardworking lads, but the management havent got a clue, and they were terrible to deal with. avoid - there are better!

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Staff were amazing throughout. Literally confirmed the day before after several moving date changes and the office staff were extremely understanding.

Excellent choice for our removal. Very understanding when we had to defer moving on several occasions. When it came to ‘the day’ a really friendly team turned up and we couldn’t believe the organised,efficient and speedy extraction of all of our possessions into their vehicle. They were so quick we didn’t realise the wardrobes had been emptied and on the vehicle. Same efficiency shown in installation of property into our new home. Would readily recommend.

Excellent service from Greens throughout. Competitive quote, went out of their way to deliver me some extra boxes and on moving day the guys who did the removal were professional and hard working. Moved my mothers furniture into storage at short notice and then moved her to Yorkshire at less than a weeks notice. Very friendly and efficient, although not the cheapest quote we felt they were best value for money and their movers were great

Initially, the most competitive price after researching a lot of quotes..Made a tricky job, lots of steps and stairs, look easy and the day went very smoothly. The boys moved my gear to where I wanted it with efficiency and good humour. Very pleased with Greens and would recommend them wholeheartedly.PS. Amanda and the admin staff were extremely efficient and lovely!!

Greens were able to successfully carry out a complex and long distance multi day move for me at short notice and in changing circumstances. The staff were polite, friendly and the packing and move were carried out efficiently over a number of days. In addition they were prepared to assist with issues like disconnecting and reconnecting appliances which was extremely helpful. On top of this excellent flexible service they were also significantly less expensive than other quotes I received.
