I had bought Green People scent free sun cream 30 from a third party but when I went to use it there were granules in it which were very rough on my skin. I was past the return date so contacted Green People directly. They offered to replace it without me having to ask. It arrived 2 days later. Will always buy direct from them now. Great service and communication

Do not buy this sunscreen it has left yellow markings around the collar of all my white shirts and t shirts and it doesn't wash off. Do not buy ! It has ruined my clothes !

Good products. Atrocious customer service. They advertise 20% off first orders all over their website but don't actually provide it which I'm pretty sure is not legally compliant. Customer services ignored my emails entirely.

this sucks. apparently my package was delivered 2 weeks ago in our publoc hallway but i never got any notification email about an attempted or „successful“ delivery. Now i checked the package after two weeks and it was my order, only it is really damaged, the shampoo bottle is damaged and leaking, that conditioner is missing all together. aweful delivery

I have bought their organic 30 for sensitive skin. It doesn't sting my sensitive eyes. However the last one had white fragments in it, perhaps issue with manufacturing process. The current one i bought which states 'new formula' on the labeliing seperates and when i squeeze out the lotion it has green type ofcoil and white cream. It smells horrible as well. It is extremely expensive and though initially i trusted the product i no longer do.

Used Green People Moisturising After Sun with natural insect repellent and whilst it moisturised my skin very well and certainly kept any prickly heat at bay, it didn’t keep the mosquitoes at bay in the slightest, as I’ve sustained 28+ mosquitoes bites 🥴🫣
I would however still use again due to its moisturising properties, delicate fragrance and keeping heat rash at bay 👍😊

We have been using Green People Organic Children’s SPF30 for 1-2years. It has been great. However the new ones received direct from Green People and ones from Amazon have had a slightly stronger smell (all 7 from the same batch), I commented on Social media just querying if the ingredients had changed as my two neurodivergent children were not accepting of this new batch due to the smell, they told me to reach out to Customer service who could help further. However before I could do that, Customer service reached out via email to me themselves and wow, Jo, what amazing customer service provided. Checked the batches and said new ones were due in and they would see if they smelt the same, advised that as the creams have raw ingredients in them they can have a slightly different smell sometimes from batch to batch, she came back to me a few days later and said they tried the new ones that have come in and unfortunately they did still have that stronger smell, said it had been passed to the owner who has in turn contacted the manufacturers to follow this up, again reiterated it doesn’t effect use (and obviously if it wasn’t for my children’s additional needs we may not have noticed but Green People have gone above and beyond to try and find a solution), I also mentioned that the new ones have a slightly gritty feel to them, which obviously my child noticed and one of them is refusing completely to use it now. Jo came back to me and let me know this can be due to the UV filters crystallising when temperatures fluctuates or incorrect storage as it can accelerate the aging of the product (makes sense with the current heatwaves we have been experiencing), she gave tips to try and reduce this happening. She has also sent us a tube of the the normal SPF30 to try free of charge to see if my son accepts that one as they have just had a new batch of that.

Everything crossed that my son accepts the new one that arrives as really it’s been such a great cream in the past couple of years and really would like to continue using it as it’s hard to find one that doesn’t have too many nasties in it and that works well for all our families skin.

I’m still waiting for my order. Appalling service, no updates. I’ve emailed Green People and received an AI generated response. Disgusting, will not order again or recommend this company.

Three working days and the order hasn't even been processed yet. V poor. Contact by AI chatbot is annoying and uninformative as it simple states that I ordered 3 working days ago. I know that! That's why I'm asking when it's likely to be despatched.

I’ve been using eye creams from different brands for years and I’ve never had any irritation or allergies. This company claims all their products are organic, so I decided to give them a try and ordered about £155 worth of products. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last order.
The “foam” face wash is not really a foam at all. The texture is very disappointing. The body and hand wash also comes with a very small dispenser, which makes it annoying to use. The face cream is extremely sticky and feels really unpleasant on the skin after applying. The worst product is the eye cream. It burns my eyes badly. Every time I use it my eyes start stinging and I have to wash it off immediately because I can’t even keep my eyes open. I’ve never experienced this with any other eye cream before.
Overall, very disappointing products for the price. Honestly, it also makes me question the reviews on their website because my experience was completely different.

THEY BLOCKED ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR TELLING THE TRUTH !! They lie about DELIVERY TIMES IT COULD TAKE OVER A MONTH TO GET TO YOU !! They lie period

Ordered from Green People for the first time earlier this year and was hugely disappointed with the delivery process. The website says it is normally 2-3 days for the product to arrive but my order hadn't even been processed by that time. The worst thing is not the delay, it's the not knowing - no correspondence from the company, and when you email them, you get an AI response which doesn't tell you anything and simply stalls the progress. It took several exchanges with AI and asking to be escalated twice to even hear from a human. My order did arrive in the end but I won't be ordering again for 2 reasons - AI as the first port of call, and no proactive communication from the company's side when something isn't right.

I have received my products and I have yet to use them BUT the packaging is a huge disappointment. I actually have not received a package with Styrofoam for SO LONG NOW... I nearly forgot it exists.... Do better... Why not recycled paper... There isn't even any glass.. Very frustrating and very disappointing!!

Whilst I liked the products I ordered like the serum and the night cream, the customer service isn't great. After ordering the wrong item and changing it I was told I would get two refunds. The first for £4.30 the second for £22.65 am still waiting for. I have emailed them FOUR times about this, and not had a reply for 4 days. The AI chatbox is very good that your query is being 'escalated' but no timescales. When you receive an email, no name is put at the bottom. In frustration I called them and spoke to someone called Jo who was rude, unhelpful and defensive. She told me that my enquiry wasn't top priority, they had a lot of emails. I then receive a kind of apology generated by AI and another refund notification. I thought the service was so bad, I emailed their managing director, Sean. I won't order from them again.

Had discount code from O2 priority but doesn't work at site. Keeps capitalising even copied code. Chat bot useless and couldn't recommend as Aloe Vera ingredient causes allergies. Managed to get it to work and product came reasonably quickly just got the aftersun to try but a bit worried about comments about marking clothing.

Great company, love and trust the organic standard and always lovely products
I've always used Green people for the kids and now they've left home I continue to use it and send gives to my daughter
