On arrival, a representative meets customers in the Arrival Hall at Exit 4, next to the pharmacy, for a shuttle bus transfer to the office, with a journey time of approximately 8 minutes. If assistance is needed, call the branch using the number listed in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–21:00, including public holidays.

Staff is good, but the car is not so good
The staff is great and deserves kudos. The car, though, had issues. I was already too far away to return it and had to endure the problems for three weeks. The last week, they were helpful in giving me another car. The A/C didn't work well, and one tire kept going flat.
