I thoroughly recommend Green Mile Bedding! Great customer service and a fantastic product - I would not use any other type of bedding for my horse. It is very absorbent, dust and odour free and easy to clear.

Always quick and efficient.

Delivery was great. I was recommended cardboard bedding by vet for asthmatic horse but this product is extremely dusty, worse than shavings. When I opened the bale a dust cloud came out. Horse coughed worse than ever has. Wouldn’t use again.

I ordered the trial pallet of 9 bales. Notified of acknowledgement of the order and an expected date for delivery. Delivery sadly was a bit of a nightmare - ETA time kept changing all through the day and not in a good way! It finally arrived at 5.45pm (original ETA was 1.45-15.45 and I'd asked to be advised 30 mins out. This didn't happen. It was pure chance that I was already there when they finally rocked up. The guys delivering were helpful and friendly though. The delivery side isn't the fault of Greenmile and I understand that but it did affect the experience as a whole.
The bedding itself was put down (3 bales used) 2 days later. He has EVA matting which I LOVE. So easy to keep clean. The Greenmile shred makes a fabulous soft but supportive bed and my horse seems to like it! He's a big lad but 3 bales provided a good supportive bed for him. So much so in fact that he's changed his really messy ways literally overnight! He was on straw and his bed was always well churned up overnight and a minimum 30 min job to muck out. With the cardboard he has chosen certain places (mainly towards the front) around the edge to 'deposit' and the main part of his mattress is virtually dropping free and has barely moved! Within minutes of him going in for the first time he dropped and rolled which I took to be a test and approval exercise! It takes me 10 mins to muck out, then quick sweep up fluff and tidy ensuring good banks. Doesn't stick to rugs or mane/tail unlike shavings which I hate! Wet patch will be coming out tomorrow (day 3) and I anticipate 1/2 bale maybe less to replace what comes out. It's lovely to work with, my metal rounded prong shavings fork is PERFEC|T for the job the bits just sieve through and there is barely any waste that 'clings'. Easy to brush clumped bedding from hooves (barefoot). Big thumbs up. If I'm being very picky there are quite a lot of larger pieces of cardboard that must have missed the shredder but that doesn't affect anything. So far, I'm pleased, he's seeming to love it and the only criticism really is the delivery side which as mentioned, is out of Greenmile's control. BTW free delivery is a HUGE bonus I just hope next time they're having a better day and they follow the customer's instructions LOL

The communication between myself and green milewas excellent. My e mail asking if they knew when my order would be delivered was responded to within 2 hours. The haulage firms communication was also excellent telephoning to ask if I would be in and that he would be half an hour.
He arrived as indicated, was polite, helpful and put the pallet where I wanted it. Excellent all round
