Hired a bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday. Agreed drop off and pick up times, was gave extra time for free (kids were really happy!). Super friendly and quick set up.

Hired the full bouncy castle and entertainment experience for my daughter's party.
Company representatives were in touch with us every step of the way and were incredibly professional throughout.
The team arrived in plenty of time for assembly and catered to our every need.
In immaculate condition, the castle was swiftly and expertly erected.
The DJ portion of the afternoon was consistently entertaining and professionally handled.
All of our daughters friends, and their families, were exhausted by the end and the team made maximum effort but minimum fuss to help out.
I cannot recommend the company highly enough and express my gratitude towards such an extraordinarily organised team.
They should all be incredibly proud of their achievements.
Going forward, all of my friends and family will certainly be loyal to Greenfrog Entertainments for all of our party needs

I used green frog as part of a joint 6th birthday party package on Saturday the 26th of November for my son and his best friend. We hired 2 bouncy castles, one with a slide and one frozen themed, we also booked a disco.

The business asked for the money in advance, once this was paid, it was very hard to get hold of them. The Friday before the party we wanted confirmation of attendance after hearing nothing for a long time. I called the number from the website, this was engaged, I then went to the offices to find a for sale / to let sign outside, I then made the mistake of looking at reviews on Google and started to panic.

Eventually I managed to get hold of someone who claimed they didn’t work for the company but helped them with bouncy castles, they said they were 100% coming which reassured me that they would attend and at least my son would have a bouncy castle for his friends to play on.

We agreed a time of 1:30 to meet and set up as the party began at 2:30, at this point we still didn’t know if a DJ would arrive.

We arrived at the venue at 1:30 as agreed. Green frog didn’t turn up until 2:20 and didn’t fully set up the equipment until 2:50 after all the guests had arrived. To top it off, the bouncy castles had a slight smell of cannabis. It was only at 2:20 did we know that we were going to have a DJ, the situation was that tense that we had to get a back up DJ on standby incase they didn’t come. It was embarrassing.

I don’t make a habit or writing reviews, especially negative ones but I don’t want anyone else going through the stress that I went through. I spoke with Jono and his team about all this in person after the party (Jono I believe is the owner or a point of contact) who said he would feed it back, i’m not sure who he’s feeding it back to as he clearly organises a lot of it. After leaving my number with him, I asked for a call on Monday to talk it through in more detail, unsurprisingly I never received my phone call. Jono if your reading this, feel free to call, you should still have it on the scrap bit of paper you scribbled on 📞

If you’re reading this and you wanting to book entertainment for a party, stay clear of this group. They literally have all the gear but no idea on how to deliver these events and look after customers.

Outstanding service, fantastic communication from prebooking to packing down after the party.
The bouncy castle was perfect and the additional soft play and ride ons are a must have. I had so many parents ask who I used. Couldn't have been happier. Perfect. We only booked the castle but through a fb thing we got added extras. My 3yr old had the best 1st party which will be so hard to top.

Really clean bouncy castle, will definitely use GreenFrog again!

This company supplied us with all our bouncy castles needs at an amazing discount for a great cause. Definitely recommend them..

They even made a donation before they left to the charity the funday was supporting.

I hired the soft play & ball pool for my sons christening. The kids absolutely loved it, kept them entertained for hours.
Great communication. The delivery, set-up and collection was hassle free.
I felt the price was really reasonable, especially in comparison to other options I’d look at to keep the kids entertained (face painter etc).
Would definitely recommend and consider for other celebrations.

Arrived on time, set up quickly even though the guy was on his own. It was even cleaned when inflated! We were unsure if we had the castle overnight but it turned out we did, which was a lovely surprise for us! :) the only downside I will mention is that we had to pay extra as the booking form asked if they had to walk through the house. Technically they did however it’s an enclosed outhouse building and really I’m unsure what difference it would make to the cost to have to walk through the house anyway.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Recently been to a birthday party my friend had for his 8 year old daughter,
I was amazed at how the DJ kept the 40 children entertained throughout the whole party,
Fantastic children’s entertainer,
An immaculately clean bouncy castle and slide , even with all this going on the DJ kept the children engaged with games and prizes

Can I just say I’ve never used these myself but have been to a party hosted by them recently and all I can say is WOW AMAZING. not only did they provide the music bouncing castle soft play inflatable bananas skuttle bug bikes they also took the pressure off the parents by doing all the interactions with the kids for games and dances. I can honestly say I will be using these in future for my little ones
Parties. Nothing was too much to ask they just got on with it and kept all the children happy. You guys was outstanding.
