Green Elf’s Christmas tree service was excellent from start to finish - we were so delighted to have a beautiful living tree that would be returned to its forest home in January post festive season. Delivery and collection were super efficient - very pleasant and helpful driver brought our (quite heavy) tree into our flat. We will definitely use Green Elf next year.

So very nice to not kill a tree for Christmas! Green Elf made having a perfect living tree for the holidays so easy. Our tree was perfect and it felt so good knowing the tree will go on to have a nice life!

It has become a tradition at out offices to rent a live Christmas tree every year. We love the fact that this offers such a sustainable alternative and that no trees need to be chopped down and killed. The staff is really friendly too and the prices are very reasonable. :)

Lovely tree, great service and love that I can rent a living tree so that it can continue to grow after Christmas instead of having a cut tree or one in a pot that dies after a few weeks. Highly recommended!

Wonderful idea to rent a Christmas Tree for the holidays, delivered in a pot and watering dish on nominated day with no issues! I'd definitely recommend for anyone considering getting a cut tree, as the rented tree will be picked back up in January and replanted!

Excellent Service. Tracking to see the time frame your tree will be delivered, tree bought to the door and put where we wanted it. The tree is beautiful.

I love the potted trees for environmental reasons. The driver was helpful and brought my tree in. The tracking let me know when it was arriving so I could plan my day. The tree is lovely and lush. I’ve booked a collection date and am confident that experience will be just as easy

First time using Green Elf Trees and really enjoyed my experience. I had a unique situation where I had to return the tree (my fault, not their’s) and they were so quick and responsive to help find it a better home. I had ordered too big a tree for my tiny flat, and they came and picked it up the next day and were able to take it to a charity. Really admired the kindness they showed and how simple they made the process.

Tree is in great shape and height and well kept. Delivery was very accommodating and professional. care instructions are very good.

Ordering experience was easy and delivery was well communicated via the app so I could check where the driver was and what number we were on the list. Friendly delivery driver who went above and beyond because our lift was broken. Good quality of tree - we chose a living tree so hopefully it can be used again next year!

The shopping experience was easy, the delivery was a bit late but the tracking they provide allowed us to follow it well so it wasn't a big issue. The tree is beautiful, smells wonderful, and barely loses its needles. With the added bonus that this will help charities, we're delighted with our Green Elf Trees purchase!
