Avoid this company.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have dealt with in years.

What should have been a simple issue involving missing parts turned into endless emails, repeated explanations, photographs, measurements and complete wasted time.

Despite repeatedly explaining that the hinge component is functional and not cosmetic, and despite clearly identifying the screw sizes required, the company still proceeded to send incorrect parts which are completely useless.

What is most disappointing is not the mistake itself — mistakes happen — but the complete failure to properly listen to the customer despite multiple opportunities to correct the issue.

As someone with years of building and property experience, I find it astonishing that basic replacement components for their own products appear so difficult to identify correctly.

I am now left wasting even more time escalating what should have been resolved properly from the beginning.

Poor communication, poor understanding of the issue, incorrect parts supplied and an extremely disappointing overall experience.

I would not personally recommend based on my experience. Appalling after care !!!!

I highly recommend them. This was the second time I purchased from them. There is a real customer service, very good communication. This is a serious company. Between the two orders few years passed, and they haven't changed a bit. The same high standard.

Couldn't recommend this company enough, their customer service prior to our order was very accommodating and responsive. The delivery was efficient, and communication about the delivery was great, also, the delivery driver was so polite and helpful. The doors are as described.

I have purchased a set of triple glazed bifolding doors, they were extremely heavy, but the driver placed them carefully in my garage the fitter came to install them and was shocked what an absolute bargain they were he said he will be recommending to his clients very happy with my order

I have purchased a set of used wood french doors in October, now that we have them fitted they look great and we have saved a lot. I was a bit sceptical but the item was exactly as pictured and their customer service team was extremely helpful nothing was too much

Purchased a door at a very good price. We decided to install ourselves to save costs, and had issue with fitting, turns out it is not that easy to fit a door, when we booked a professional fitter to come he confirmed that the door was not fitted correct. We had the door for a year and it is great. Also, everyone from the team was nice and we saved a lot can't recommend enough.

We recently purchased our bifold doors for our garden room from Green Doors, and overall, we're really pleased with the experience. The customer service was friendly and responsive throughout, and they were helpful in guiding us through the options and answering our questions.

One area that could be improved was the clarity around delivery times. There was a bit of uncertainty, which made planning a little tricky. That said, we understand this was due to them waiting on an external part to complete our order, so it wasn’t entirely in their control.

I recently purchased a used porch from Green doors, right from the start of the first phone call I was greeted with curtesy and knowledge, very helpful staff i ordered it and a week later it was delivered,again by a professional friendly driver ,i installed it with no real problem it was as described very good condition, i only had one problem with the lock which turned out to be my lack of knowledge, one phone call later and i was put right. I would recommend this company to anyone their prices are hard to beat, product is good and professional attitude second to none. Thanks very much Green Door.

We had provided incorrect measurements to the custom patio doors/windows company we had purchased from, and they couldn't be returned. So grateful I found Green Doors/We Buy Any Door, as they stepped in to save the day - offering a us a reasonable price and collection. The entire transaction from quote to collection was effortless, which was a huge relief especially given the already stressful situation we had found ourselves.

This company is the best I have ever dealt with . I have ordered 2x sliding doors for my mum and they came in perfect condition and Gary the delivery driver was terrific . Nothing is too much effort for this company and they truly love what they do . I have recommended them to all my family as I feel they are truly worth the time . The product was just what we’d been looking for. And I loved the fact that I was doing something good by upcycling which is a great concept.
The customer service was fantastic, clear communication from start to finish. The delivery arrived early which was great as you’re normally sitting around waiting for things. The delivery driver was super helpful getting the doors off the van and helping my husband get them into our garden. Would definitely purchase from you again.

I found this company via a google search for 'used UPVC patio doors'. I called the company to get an idea of their customer service. We talked about the used patio doors I was interested in and found the lady to be extremely helpful! I then placed my order and the doors arrived within a week. The Delivery guys was great too, very friendly and helpful. Then the company contacted me to make sure I was happy with the product. Great customer service!!!
The used doors are of a very high standard and not expensive, extremely good value for money!! Highly recommend this company!

I Purchased A Patio Slding Doors Unit From Green Doors Ltd Luton They Were Delivered Within 5 Day’s with a Very Friendly And Capable Driver Who Put Them Exactly Where I Wanted Them. The Service And Communication That I Received Was Excellent In Every Way The Doors Were In Excellent Condition And They Are Now Fitted completely to My Conservatory Thanks Everything John Reardon.
