Awful experience. Placed an order online, all paid for in full. Then nothing, no communication for weeks, no response to my emails asking about the progress of my order. Had to claim my money back through my bank. Do NOT buy from this company.

I recently ordered and paid for an item from this company. The order was not confirmed and they do not respond to emails. This prompted me to look at reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

AVOID! This is a scam. Maybe they were in business at some time but no longer.

Agree with everyone saying SCAM.
Luckily I’d only ordered samples worth £4.50 which never arrived and you can’t get a response. Website looks pretty and wholesome but it’s just a front.

BUYER BEWARE. This is a terrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Paid. Order never fulfilled. Never received. No responses to multiple emails. No answer to phone calls. STAY AWAY.

Item paid for nothing dispatched emails not responded too, definitely a scam company with no intention of supplying goods. They shouldn’t be allowed to keep taking money from new customer and get away with not supplying the items.

I have made regular orders to this company over the last 2 years and whilst very slow, I have always received the items and been happy. However, after making a recent purchase, (16/7/26) the item never arrived, I have sent two emails asking for help and I have made two calls without getting any answer or response. Customer communication is a zero.

It took 4 days to despatch my order. The wrong item was sent. No response to phone messages or emails. No returns information. Total dead loss. Avoid !

I placed my order more than a month ago. Had not heard anything from them despite emails and online chat messages being sent.

The bad reviews appear to be accurate, as I'm getting zero response or delivery of my order.

Ordered DIY Roman Blind kit in November 2024. Was never sent. After chasing up they sent a message saying that hey had issues with supplier and that product will be with me next week...then nothing. Had to claim money back via bank 5 weeks after ordering as Holly stopped responding to messages or emails. Company popped up on my emails today, didn't think they would still be trading. Definitely best avoided based on my experience.

Ordered some tea towels chased after a week email messaged numerous times and no response Please DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!! You can tell from their reviews should not be allowed to trade. Con Rip off Scam !!!

I wish I read reviews before ordering. Its taken c6 weeks for the order to arrive and it's wrong. I have raised issue with my bank as I was not getting any sort of response from them. I fear that they only sent something because of the banking issue. But I will persist as these people should not be allowed to get away with ripping people off.

I ordered something, received the wrong item!
Contacted to request a return and a week later still haven't heard anything so am left unable to return my unwanted, unordered item.
Have emailed again and still no reply.
Wouldn't order through this company

I placed my order before reading these reviews and was very nervous after I read them. My order did arrive as described within a "reasonable" timeframe, so I count myself lucky. A few notes - immediately after ordering I emailed to ask to amend it, but never received a response. As others experienced, I received an email stating my order had "shipped" but it was a several days after that before Evri received the parcel. Once it arrived with every the delivery progressed as usual. Order was correct and no obvious issues with quality.

Order was delivered over a month late, only partially fulfilled, and Greenbeeinteriors made no effort to respond to any of messages (via email and their social media channels). Do not order from them unless you're prepared to be severely disappointed! The only reason they partially fulfilled my order was so they could dispute the claim I made through my bank to get my money back. Now I am one item short, £20 out of pocket, and they still have not responded to any emails or offered any kind of apology.

I placed an order on the 18th of December on the shop app , the app said that the order had been dispatched on the 19th December. But I still I hadn’t received it on the 9th January , I sent 2 emails and started a chat with them direct . I had no reply back at all, I am very disappointed that there was no communication at all. I eventually received my order on the 15th January, I feel the customer service aftercare is very poor

Update to my previous review. Anyone considering purchasing from this company should check out Companies House website to see that GREENBEE INTERIORS was DISSOLVED IN FEBRUARY 2020.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TODAY TO ACTION FRAUD SO NO ONE ELSE LOOSES THEIR MONEY!!

I ordered and paid for two pillows but they never arrived. I contacted Green Bee Interiors for months - wrote emails, left messages but no answer to any of my queries and no refund.
Please do not trust or order anything from this supplier. It is a false service.
