Firstly. My two star review isnt aimed at an individual in particular and I'm not slating anybody in any way from greenbank. I doubt it is anybody in the offices fault. But at first my claim was being handled by one colleague. No names mentioned, then I got passed onto another handler of my claim after several conversations with the main man. At first the contact was amazing. I was kept up to date with every ongoing process and the progression of my claim. But ever since the swapping of my claim handler the contact has become very minimal. If I don't contact them first, I don't get no updates whatsoever on the progression. Literally none at all. I have been waiting for 19 month now for my NIHL claim from the MOD. I'm starting to think I'm not even getting compensated and strongly thinking of closing my claim and using other solicitors. Passage of information and reassurance is all I would like. claim started april2024

Having employed this Company to represent my case against the MoD for hearing loss, and having read some stunning reviews from other customers, sadly, I can only state how deeply disappointed I am with my dealings with Amir Khan. On first appearance, his contact seemed positive. Then the phone calls and emails stopped completely. Secondly, this person informed me that he had received my Medical Documents, and had presented them to the Courts/Tribunal Services for due process, but lo and behold, after I had to contact him, he informed me that he had never received them, even although APG confirmed that they were sent to this office in January 2024. Totally farcical, and sickened by the lies and incompetence shown by this individual
