Easy to book from home (dk). super quick ferry from Athens to Agistri. Ferry was on time. I will definitely use it again on my next trip to the Greek islands.

I got a mail one day before depature, that the ferry has a delay of 4 hours. On the next day while waiting at the harbor, i got a sms that said, the ferry has another delay of 4-5 hours...

We would like to inform you that as we had only been informed about the initial 3.5 hours delay for which we had also informed you via email and sms, we contacted the ferry company Seajets, to check what happened and why we were never informed about this additional delay so that we could have informed you accordingly on time. As they explained it was due to an unforeseen technical issue and thus they did not have the time to inform us or you on time via sms or email. Furthermore due to your inconvenience they accepted to proceed to an exceptional refund of 50% of the ticket rate for the passengers which is 22 euro.
We have already processed this refund to you and the amount shall show on your account in a few working days depending on your bank.
Always at your disposal.

I have tried to book a rental car in Zakynthos with Greeka. I've paid an advance and was told I will get a feedback whether they would find a car or not. If there would not be any cars available, my advance payment would be refunded. No car, no return. Shame! 😕

I am a regular traveller to Greece. I have found Greeka very useful for articles on all things Greek. Used them to book a Classical Sightseeing tour but unfortunately was not able to travel due to Covid restrictions. They refunded my money immediately.

Horrible! Booked and they accepted my money to take a tour from Samos island to Ephesus. By the way they canceled the tour a couple of days before we left for vacation. They said the captain changed the ferry itinerary and it wasn’t their fault. I beg to differ! They should have kept up with the captain and the ferry schedule. I had bought a nonrefundable ticket for my family from Athens to Samos Island so we can take this tour as well as got nonrefundable rooms. I was out $800. because of their error. I had to stay on a boring island with nothing to do. They should have offered us a free excursion or something to help compensate for their error. All I got excuses. Don’t use Greeka!
They just replied back to my comment. Lies all lies.. Greeka said they gave us two weeks notice, and said it was bad weather related...
1. Before leaving for the trip, I had to contact them to ask where my voucher was. I only has the receipt of purchase. I have the email to prove it. That’s when they reported that they cancelled it.
2. When is two weeks notice of cancellation beneficial? You have to fly to that island.
3. Bad weather??? Hahaha. It was sunny, warm and calm on the island we were stuck on. We could see Turkey easily from Samos.
Again, don’t use Greeka. Vacation days are hard to come by. Be sure you Book with a reputable company who cares!

Your payment for the day trip Turkey Boat Tour To Kusadasi And Ephesus was received and we informed you that you will be receiving your confirmation voucher as soon as possible.
Our reservations department contacted our tour partner and informed you accordingly, well in advance, 2 weeks before the trip that the captain of the boat had decided not to prolong the tour after the 10th of October due to the bad weather and safety of the passengers. We also notified you via an email on the same day about your refund and apologized for any inconvenience.
Furthermore, as all the tours we have from Samos Island are boat tours we were not able to offer an alternative, as they were also affected by the weather conditions.
As you have informed us in your e-mail you are a travel writer, and owner of a travel accessories company, so you are well aware that boat trips are subject to weather conditions and that the decision regarding the safety of the passengers is made by the Captain of the boat and that no person can force a Captain to take a boat out at sea when it is not safe.
We apologize again for any inconvenience caused due to the bad weather conditions in autumn in Greece, but please note that the safety of the passengers always comes first at all times.
