they were dishonest about a re stocking fee
they offer for you to chat with an agent and he helped me troubleshoot the issues with my La-Z-Boy chair. After asking more than once, if I could return the item, I decided to purchase a remote. The remote came, and it still has not fixed my problem, now I am told I have to pay for shipping and there is a restocking fee. The agent that helped me never told me about a restocking fee. I even offered to pay the return shipping, but ask them to waive the restocking because I didn’t use the product and I made it clear at the beginning I wasn’t sure if this was the issue and the salesman never mentioned a restocking fee. They have zero customer service in Our unwilling to help me. I would never use them again.
