Wow, what an experience we had at Great British Gems!

After getting engaged, my fiancé and I wanted to find the ‘perfect’ ring, and Emma’s incredible selection of vintage jewellery on Instagram exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment I discovered her page, Emma was amazing. Her communication was fantastic, and she was so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. When she recommended visiting her studio for a private viewing, we knew it would be special, but the whole experience went above and beyond anything we could have imagined.

From the intimate setting to the canapés and champagne, every little detail made the day feel extra special. Emma’s knowledge of vintage jewellery is incredible, but what really stood out to us was her genuine love and passion for every single piece. You can tell how much care she puts into her collection, and I knew we were in the safest hands when it came to choosing such an important, sentimental piece of jewellery.

We honestly cannot thank Emma enough for the thought and attention she put into the entire experience. Everything was impeccable, from helping us find our perfect ring to the beautiful presentation, cleaning and incredibly quick delivery.

I came across Emma’s shop while browsing Instagram and, out of curiosity, started looking through her collection. That’s when I found the most gorgeous, dainty ring with a pink sapphire — it was love at first sight!

I wad a little hesitant about buying jewellery through an Instagram account, so I looked for the store on the Shop App and made my purchase there. From that moment on, the whole experience was excellent.

Emma contacted me personally to ask whether I needed the ring resized and took care of everything. She was incredibly responsive, kind and efficient throughout the entire process, which made me feel completely confident.

The ring arrived and it is absolutely beautiful — I couldn’t be happier with it. I was so impressed with both the piece and the service that I’ve just gone back and purchased a second piece from her collection.

Fate brought me to Emma’s site via Instagram, I was actually looking for a 10yr wedding anniversary piece for my wife. I was a little apprehensive using a site advertised to me via social media, but made contact regarding an exquisite sapphire ring I saw on her website. Her communication was very clear and she provided extra photos of the ring as request, I made a deposit whilst working out ring sizes. Emma was wonderful to deal with. We received the ring this weekend and can honestly say it was better than the photos! The most wonderful piece that my wife will cherish forever. I can already say I will be a returning customer!

Beautiful gems at incredible prices. Emma has perfect taste

This is a lovely shopping experience care was taken over showing, packaging and delivering the jewellery. I wasn’t shopping but a pair of diamond earrings caught my eye. I’m all for buying vintage and preloved so couple that with Emma’s ability to source beautiful unique pieces I’d recommend Great British Gems to anyone.

It was our 20th Wedding anniversary looming in December. I asked Emma if she had Emeralds, answer yes, and then gave a description of what I thought my wife would like. It was earrings and a necklace.
To say that she nailed the brief is an understatement. When I collected them I was overwhelmed and in zero doubt at all that they wouldn’t be loved.
I gave them to my wife on Christmas morning and she adores them.
