Thanks for the feedback! We completely understand that $97 can feel expensive if it’s viewed purely as a purchase of 1,000 streams. However, that’s not quite how the service works.

We run a hands-on music marketing campaign for your release using a combination of promotion strategies, with the goal of generating genuine listeners and helping the track gain traction. The 1,000 streams is a campaign target rather than a purchase or guarantee of a fixed number of streams, and we never sell streams or use bots/artificial activity

The price also covers the work involved in setting up, managing, monitoring, and optimizing the campaign, not just the resulting streams themselves.

That said, we completely understand that the pricing may not be the right fit for everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.

Hi James,

We pitch your music to 80-90% of the curators on our network and we can’t possibly guarantee placements since that’s considered illegal (Payola) and goes against Spotify’s TOS. This is why the fees you pay is for the curators' time and effort and not for a guaranteed placement.

This is also how all the submission platforms work (Submithub, Groover, PlaylistPush etc) and we aren’t doing anything different here. We’ve also clearly mentioned how the service works on our FAQs and there’s a disclaimer on our website right before you hit the ‘Submit’ button and make the payment as well. We’ve been very transparent with how our service works right from the start.

Hi Wetakeoff,

Just to clarify, playlist placements are never guaranteed through our service. We pitch your music to 80–90% of the relevant curators in our network, but the final decision always rests with the curators themselves. Guaranteeing placements would be considered payola and would violate Spotify's Terms of Service.

The fee you pay is for curator review and consideration, not for guaranteed playlist placements. This is the same model used by platforms such as SubmitHub, Groover, and PlaylistPush.

We've always tried to be transparent about this. The way our service works is outlined in our FAQs, and there's also a disclaimer on the submission page before payment is made and there's a disclaimer on the final submission email you receive as well
