Brilliant masterclass. I really enjoyed learning how to make a grazing board with Holly and Amelie. The class was fun and food was delicious. I will definitely be booking onto another class and highly recommend this experience.

I contacted the Grazeme team at short notice to arrange a board for my wife who was due to give birth. The team were fantastic in accommodating us at short notice and arranging delivery on a day that showed as unavailable in their website.
The board it’s self was deliscious, fresh tasty produce which has been sourced with thought and care rather than simply brought from a supermarket and arranged for resale.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I ordered the Fantastic S'mores Box for our birthday celebrations - it was delivered to our door with a smile and lasted us 3 days!!!
Honestly, the taste was amazing, such a great selection of items in the box, and melting the marshmallows with the gel pot was so much fun!
Totally recommend these to anyone!

What an incredible experience! The team were efficient, friendly and professional throughout the process, and created an amazing grazing table that looked better than any I've seen. It was the talking point of our event!
They use artisan food sources, rather than just local supermarket produce, and it really shows. Everything was delicious.
The process was also smooth, and I was kept informed the whole way through. I have no hesitation in recommending GrazeMe, and can't wait to have another Grazing Table!

Great looking board. Not in when delivered - left in porch as I instructed . Refrigerated as advised but when opened was full of ants. So disappointed as opened in front of guests. Had to discard. Offered 20% off next purchase. Really not satisfactory.

It is very disappointing to see that you have left a 1 star review, despite our lengthy prior conversations surrounding this order.
What you are implying to anyone reading this review is that the ants discovered inside your grazing board must have come from GrazeMe HQ.
You are misleading the reader, as the ants found could only have come from the place where you asked us to leave the delivery.
You were not at home during the delivery slot you chose. You say the board was "left in porch". The actual facts are that you left a note by your front door expressly instructing us to leave the box on the ground - under a bench outside your front door.
We carried out your instructions to the letter. No other box on our delivery route had ants - even those delivered in the same coolbag.
The grazing boards are freshly made on the day of delivery in a 5-star hygiene rated kitchen - directly on the board, within the presentation box. It is then put in a sealed coolbag and transported to the delivery address - and only comes out of the sealed coolbag when it is delivered at the door. At no point do the boards come into contact with the outside environment until they are delivered.
Despite the above facts, we offered you a substantial discount as a goodwill gesture. When you weren't satisfied with that, you mentioned this upcoming Trustpilot review opportunity as a way to get an improved offer - which was disappointing.
Small businesses are struggling, as you will understand - having told us you are one yourself. A 1 star review can have a huge effect on a business that prides itself on its customer service - and it makes it all the more galling when we are not at fault.
I loved the presentation. The only issue that I think a clear lid on the yogurt would be helpful during transporting.
