Following my Mother’s death over ten years ago, Graysons handled the probate for my father and subsequently his Will. Recently my Dad’s property needed to be sold and the staff at Graysons in Sheffield, in particular Debbie Viles and Rabyia Akhmatova, could not have been more helpful locating, and making available, copies of documents which were needed for the sale to proceed and for the legal side of things to be confirmed. I was never made to feel that I was a nuisance and that they had far more important/pressing things to attend to and everything was done in a timely and professional way. Who could ask for more? Thank you!

Great app that shows you precisely where you are and what needs doing next, so you always know where you are in the process of buying and selling your property. Emails are usually answered immediately, but if not definitely within the working day, however this is obviously there preferred contact, so telephone conversations arent encouraged. Everything was done efficiently, I would recommend.

Laura was really helpful and ensured that everything moved at a good pace. Laura was very helpful with our questions and walked us through the whole process, start to finish. We had no concerns throughout our house purchase.

Very good company dealt with everything so quick and easy

Only ever got to deal with assistant who had to refer everything. Never prepared for meetings and constantly had to chase to try and progress sale. Gave them same information several times. Only spoke with the solicitor once and she was borderline rude.

I would like to thank Emma Hanson and her team for being by my side during the purchase of my flat process. Their working manner suits me the best, I liked the app where I could follow the process step by step. Whenever I needed additional explanations, I received them in an understandable manner.
