Description wasn’t accurate, car had 5 big chips ad cracks in windscreen that wasn’t mentioned and they said car has full service history but have partial history
I would give 0 stars if possible.
I purchased a diamond from Grays Online that was advertised as Argyle certified. After copious back-and-forth and repeated requests, they failed to provide any legitimate documentation to prove Argyle certified- as outlined in the ad description.
To make matters worse, the valuer they went through later clarified that the diamond is not Argyle certified and even stated he didn’t know why it was advertised as such. This is misleading at best, and dishonest at worst.
Grays Online hides behind being “just the middleman” and takes no accountability when sellers misrepresent what they are selling. In reality, they facilitate these sales and should be responsible for ensuring items are accurately described and the seller BN3 Coins in NSW didn't respond to emails.
Between the misrepresentation, refusal to provide proper certification, and lack of accountability, I can only describe this as a rip-off. BUYER BEWARE do not trust the descriptions on their auctions, especially with high-value items like diamonds.

I emailed regarding pick up. It was answered promptly and with the information I requested.
Great directions were given on arrival and when processing paperwork.
Assistance was even given to fork lifting the item onto the Ute.
I would purchase through grays again.

I won the auction for a commercial oven but there was literally no support to help me get it picked up and delivered to me. There was now point of contact from Grays for myself or the transport company. I’m still not sure it will get picked up

I won an auction for $211 including premium member fees.
WhenI checked online I found that the item worth only $50. I reied to email Grays customer servise who emailed me back to wait for 2 busness days and they will try to resolve the issue.
After one week, the item was shipped without sending me any email explaining what happened in my complaint.
So disappointed.
Half the items for sale or for auction are above retail prices in the shops or online, how are sellers on grays allowed to do that, buyer beware and when you do win a item sometimes takes up to a week to get a consignment note from grays or Australia post very unprofessional.
