Easy, honest, communicative and transparent - highly recommend!

Recently dealt with Charlie who placed me in my new role. I found the information and prep that was provided was very helpful in the process.
I would definitely use Gravitas again in the future.

Worked with Gravitas for a while and I have found them professional , efficient and very reliable.

Utterly unprofessional! They made me prepare for an interview for their graduate recruitment consultant role that never took place! The interviewer was late 40 minutes and didn't even bother to answer my calls. After finally showing up, she rescheduled the interview for the same day, and was late 30 minutes AGAIN. However, I had to leave my house and couldn't take the call at the time, so she offered that sheʼll give me a call the next working day which never happened!!!! AVOID if you value your time

Gravitas had one month to finalise my contract and get it to me before starting. However it took them two months, resulting in my first invoice being cleared over a month late. (I know, I shouldn't have started the contract without one.)

The recruiter never checked in during the whole contract. (I know this isn't a 'requirement' of a contract recruiter, but I think it says a lot about the company culture).

The timesheet system is dreadful.

Gave two weeks' notice that I would be extending the contract. Five weeks later I still do not have an updated contract or the ability to enter timesheets on the portal.

My emails continuously go ignored. Gravitas only communicates with me when they want something.

The end client has also continuously complained about the poor communication, terrible systems and lack of professionalism shown by Gravitas.

Offensive business practices. This is the 3rd time I've spoken with them, each time they tried to get me to tell them which other companies I was working with. Zoe is ok to work with but others I have dealt with there are timewasters who often have no intention of putting your cv in front of the client, if there even is one. They just want your contacts. Complete fakes, don't work with them.

They are incredibly rude over the phone, they talk over you and ignore all your responses.

I am not looking for work, and yet, they contacted me multiple times in a short space of time, about the same role. It is truly a wonder they have any candidates at all.
