Very responsive both with quote and any enquiries. Reassured me that they would meet our time scale for preparation of interment of ashes. Did a lovely job cleaning up the memorial after several decades of not visiting. This was very important as no one was nearby to check so all left to trust. This meant the day went very well

A first class experience from beginning to end
The experience was first class from beginning to end. Lynne was very helpful and extremely professional. She even allayed my fears of having to pay upfront by providing names of places I could check the company out. The results are amazing. They look like new stones (we hadn’t realised just how dirty they were). I would highly recommend this company.
