Very delicious meat and spices. I put them in my Instant Pot along with European Marinara Sauce and pressure cooked for 15 min.......then I added cooked pasta to sauce. Served with shredded cheese.....YUM

Overall, the Italian sausages were quite good. The ribs and the French style rib eyes leave a lot to be desired, tough and not worth the money.

These are just plain meat. they are dry and completely unseasoned. And after browning them with garlic peppers onions and white wine they are still kind of dry and black seasoning. I really like the chicken and turkey sausages but so for the beef sausages have been very disappointing

These Italian sausages are perfect alone or in recipes!!! For a while they were rather fatty but they must have gone back to the original recipe and now they are perfect!!! I eat them weekly with eggs!!!!

Really like these but, as a family that watches their nutrients closely, these are a bit heavier in fat (you can taste) than we typically eat but a good flavor and very easy option for occasional consumption for us.

Taste is a subjective parameter. For my taste, it appears to have too much salt, but it is possible that added spices could amplify this effect. I wish you could use an FDA approved "Nutrition Facts" label. Manufacturers with less than $10 million in annual food sales were required to update their labels by January 1, 2021. It would give a professional look to your packaging, and help customers to plan their diet and avoid excessive sodium intake.

I love this traditional Italian fennel flavor. It's all beef so the casing is actually a little hard to eat or comes off. But the flavor is great and the size is pretty big.
