The process of ordering and the product/ meats are excellent.
My favorite cut of beef for my carnivore diet very tasty.
Have 1 every night! Love ‘em’
Dry and tasteless
The steaks are cut thicker than other competing products. Thicker cuts are easier to grill over charcoal since they don't cook as fast. I use a probe thermometer inserted through the side. Thin steaks are harder to get the probe into the center so a thicker cut helps get the probe into the coolest part of the steak. I prefer 1" or thicker. Since the cattle are grass fed the taste is ok but is not as good as corn fed. I am aware of the perceived issues with GMO corn but if I am going to spend a lot of money for steak I will purchase steaks that have a good amount of fat marbling that just is not present in grass fed.
Tender and tasty, high quality beef
Very impressed by the packaging and shipping, everything arrived completely frozen and fresh. And these steaks are delicious!! Plus if you buy in bulk it’s comparable to store prices but you’re getting a better quality product.
Absolutely Delicious
products are great, but a bit on the expensive side
Always great quality!
I used to be a professional chef. I’m very please with the service and pride this company takes handling their products. The way the steaks are crayovac and shipped is outstanding.
Awesome Steak It’s great to know it’s full of nutrition and minerals and not feed corn or soy
This is my favorite steak. I was surprised how nice the beef was knowing that grass fed will have less fat.
