The philosophy is simple : from nose to tail, that is why I buy all organs which are available for reasonable price.

Another organ meat that's easy to incorporate in family menus. If you put it in a stew or soup with "normal" meat, people won't even notice, because the texture and flavor are not objectionable to those who are squeamish about organ meat.

Yum — even my picky inlaws ( who have horrible eating habits) love this. I told them it was roast beef. I eat it several times a week along with the liver. Had vitamin & mineral panel run by my doc — perfect. Don’t have to take any supplements.

I purchase this for my dog but I like it too. All USS wellness meat packaging has the possibility of leaking when thawing so watch out for that.

I really like the smaller portions as a single guy. Less waste and less need to eat all week as with a whole heart. Tastes great too.

Grew up eating beef, elk and deer heart and this beef heart is the best tasting, easy to prepare and just plain good. We always fry it in bacon grease, which makes it yummy.
