Faulty item, sent videos etc so its clear to all there is a problem. They don't want to replace it so dragging their feet, probably hoping i will go away. Post sales support is terrible, be warned

Dreadful delivery time - edited
It should be noted that I still haven’t received my goods after 1 week. Had I known this would be the case I never would have ordered.
The parcel doesn’t even look as though it’s been sent. Map shows it as being in Amsterdam. La Poste shows it as having taken off Wednesday and never landed.
Email response has been ‘just wait’. Today I have asked for a refund.
Consider your waiting times before ordering from this company.

Goods were in customs for 5 hours. So the delivery delay was mostly in part to it not having been sent out on the day of purchase.
I have upgraded the stars from 1 to 3.
Grasscity, you must do better to inform your customers of delays and stock levels. There is nothing more frustrating and untrustworthy than seeing a tracking number not move along.

Took a while to deliver grasscity usually take about 2 days but my last order took about 9 days, always high quality glass and it always comes with some extra stuff, definitely go with their bongs over cheap Amazon bongs

I live in the UK shipping was normal took 4 days and and got some freebies.
Freebies included:
A large Amsterdam plastic grinder, 1/4 rolling papers with roach, 1/4 doob tube, and a pack of large roaches.
I've heard people talk down on this website on Reddit, I think the negative reviews are mostly from America as I've seen on Reddit some order have taken up to a month, but from my own personal experience I don't think it's to bad I got a dry herb vape
, but I think the bongs are priced pretty high.

Over a week to actually send the item despite being provided tracking info on day of purchase.
Attempts to contact them had 0 response.
Items coming from abroad so probably get charged import tax. No mention that items will be shipped from NL so also probably another weeks wait for it to get here.

Apologies for the delay in shipping your order. We provided the tracking on the day it left our warehouse, Nov. 5th
We had an inventory count last week, causing a delay in orders leaving the warehouse.
You should not have to pay import tax as we have already pre-paid the VAT.
It should hopefully, be delivered soon via Royal Mail so you can start to enjoy your purchase :)

One word: incredible.
First of all - amazing products. Very sturdy, thick glass (in the words of my fiancee: "you could bash at least 7 zombie's heads in during an apocalypse before the large one would break" lol). Quick delivery and very secure packaging - bubble wrap, tape, packing peanuts - you name it. The bong and bubbler are both stunning and provide incredibly smooth, and clean smoke.
