Faulty item, sent videos etc so its clear to all there is a problem. They don't want to replace it so dragging their feet, probably hoping i will go away. Post sales support is terrible, be warned

Got charged for something I didn't order
A second item that I had removed from my basket somehow got readded to the order. This was not in the total when I ordered but they have charged me for it. Customer service so far has been unresponsive. Why don't they have a phone number on their website? Getting a hold of them is a chellenge.
