Not as advertised. Low quality, under weight
Was told that an advertised bogo sale was a website glitch and did not receive the deal. This good deal was the sole reason I purchased the items from this company. It was for Christmas shopping. I Was told the product sale was a glitch and already a good deal, when I complained about a missing items from the bogo deal. Was NOT a good deal with products sent. Tasteless, mild weed at incorrect weights. Buds turned to powder when ground. Low quality, papers, and “gas station quality” equipment. Seemingly Homemade lip chap. Never purchasing from here again.

Regarding product quality and weight concerns, this is something we take very seriously. All items are weighed and quality-checked before shipping, and we would have been more than happy to review photos or details to resolve this for you had we been given the chance. An Unexpected Surprise
…a few years ago a friend told me about Grass Chief … I laughed at the time because he described a store that was like family … I decided to place an order and the experience was fairly benign… I am an elder and the product was top drawer, the contact office folks were understanding each time I would get confused with the technical steps, a front end guy, Joe, was there to help … once Mary (i think that’s her name ) even walked me through a tutorial and made the process more simple for my 80 year old brain. you guys rock … keep up the personal touches and you guys will have my business as long as I draw breath … thanks for taking care of your elders …
