James and his Missus are a fabulous team and very knowledgeable. My favourite wine was out of stock, being impatient I asked for an alternative and the advised me of 2 and Honestly I was not disappointed! I messaged late on a Friday and did say I didn’t expect a reply but wow I did, I also had asked for a voucher amount that wasn’t available and was told leave it with us, this was then ready for me on the Saturday
