Customer service was great, communication was super quick and helped with any queries we had. We ordered breakfast on this occasion which was perfect and looked great for our event. We have previously ordered some platters for an evening event which have been equally as good!

Love Grape & Fig! We've ordered the Cheese & Charcuterie board for two events now and both times had fantastic experiences. The boards have been absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, plentiful and a massive hit. Thanks team for making our gatherings all the easier, less effort and more tasty!

The product is fabulous! I would use this company again, and I would recommend them. Why not 5 stars you ask? Well, the delivery window time (for which you pay extra by the way, and none of this is cheap) was 8am (bit early for me of a Saturday) to 12pm. So to get a 7:15am wake up "WE'RE HERE!" was a rude awakening. But it's so beautifully presented you'll forgive anything - almost.

I had a great experience with Grape & Fig- from the get go their communication was excellent, they called to confirm the order and talk through the delivery. They also called the day before to re confirm delivery details. On the day, they arrived within the expected window, and the presentation of all the food was immaculate. Needless to say, the food was delicious- we ordered the deli selection, and two sets of yoghurt pots, and everyone commented on how tasty it all was. They even gave us a complimentary platter of minced pies which went down very well. I am really impressed and would definitely use them again for any event

The cheese selection box is divine. I received this for my birthday celebration and decided to order it for a friend for Xmas. It’s a box/cheese board with never ending treats including great British cheeses- fruits- nuts - pickles - chutney! It feeds so many for days and days! Highly recommend and excellent service! Fresh, tasty and a cut above the rest!

Very impressed with the team - got to select a window for delivery on day of party, team contacted me the next day for any feedback, and of course - food absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend. Blini platter and focaccia were the favourites!

We ordered the British Cheese and Charcuterie Platter along with the Cake Collection Platter for a last‑minute office lunch, and everything was absolutely first class. Communication during ordering was excellent, collection was effortless, and the quantity and quality of the food were spot on. The pricing is very reasonable for what you receive. The cakes in particular caused a storm incredibly tasty and a real highlight. We’d happily order again. It would be hard to find anything as good.

I have used Grape & Fig several times now and they never fail to deliver. On this occasion I ordered the Christmas cheese wreath and the chocolate brownie wreath. They were both stunning to look at and both were delicious. I had so many compliments from my guests at my Christmas drinks party.

I ordered the pre midday delivery but needed to change it just a couple of days before to a 2 hour window and although this was a last minute request and what is their busiest time, Katy at G&F accommodated my request and communications with her were very efficient and the 2 wreaths actually arrived early which was bonus for me as I was on a tight time line.
