Today we had a visit from Matt Cunningham from Grant Store Ltd for a roof survey in preparation for installing solar panels, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his service. From start to finish, Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to carefully assess our roof, explaining every step of the process in detail and answering all of our questions with patience and clarity.
What really stood out was Matt’s attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure that the installation would be as clean, and efficient as possible, providing valuable insights into how we could maximize energy production. His expertise in solar energy and the installation process gave us great confidence in moving forward with the project.

We have just had our solar panels installed and i just want to pass on how impressed we were with their team, particularly Martin and Aiden, so polite, so clean and very efficient, they just got on with the job in horrible cold conditions. They finished the job , explained everything very clearly to me and cleaned up after themselves, I can't say enough about them, thank you ,the customer service is also excellent with queries being answered very quickly and efficiently, absolutely nothing bad to say about the whole process from start to finish, highly recommended 👌

Excellent Service
The first time we’ve had a problem with our new heat pump system. After contacting GSL we had an immediate response and an engineer Dan Hartley was with us the following morning within the time scale we were promised. The issue was simple and Dan rectified it straight away. He explained how we could avoid the issue in future and answered all our questions. Thank you so much.

GSL, Solar and Heat pump, installation. Kidderminster.
GSL, completed a solar and heat pump installation at my property. The process was undertaken, professionally and efficiently.
The installation engineers for both systems were friendly polite and undertook a well coordinated and executed installation, leaving the property clean and tidy.
The installation crews included Kieran, Elliot& TJ on the heating installation with Ash and Keon on the Electrical.
I am very happy with my decision to appoint GSL.

Air to water heat pump system
From start to finish, everyone who we dealt with from this company were polite, efficient and mindful of our needs.
The plumbers and electricians worked tirelessly and made sure that everything was left clean and tidy. We couldn't have wished for a better crew of workmen.

I had solar panels and a battery installed by Grant Store after they won the local "Solar Together" bid. Communication and all work done has been outstanding and the paperwork arrived very quickly once installation was completed.

Great Installation, Superb After Sales Service
We used Grant Store for the installation of solar panels some 3 years ago now. The installation was great but what has been amazing is the after sales service. We had a problem when our home router was changed by BT but help was on hand to reprogram the system, and when the bird netting failed this summer, it was replaced quickly, efficiently and at no cost to us. Customer Service response is fantastic. We would highly recommend them.
