Initially the service seemed quite good. Over a period of 18 months my kitchen quartz worktop had chipped in several places. They requested photos which I sent. Said it was still covered by 2 members of staff , and after 3 weeks of me chasing them up and phoning and being passed from pillar to post. No returned calls. I’m not a complainer by any stretch, however £2000 for a worktop that in the first year started to chip. Apparently I was told it’s accidental damage. I’ve had laminate that has lasted longer. I was told I signed it off as happy customer, I totally was , however if this is a rare problem, how come it isn’t covered in the lifetime warranty I ask myself. Very disappointed and let down by their lack of response and unprofessional approach .

Excellent product range, competitively priced. We chose quartz (Gray starlight) for our worktop. They look fabulous. Quick responses to queries from start to finish. Slight hiccup at the last minute but resolved speedily. Installation team polite and professional. Would recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish, good communication and the install team did a great job. Worktops were installed on 23.12.2020. Jess was brilliant in dealing with everything and after being messed about by numerous companies granite zone were brilliant to deal with, wouldn't use anyone else and would recommend to everyone. Pleased with my worktops however company didn’t enclose enough tile backs for installation. After 6 weeks, countless emails and telephone calls I am no closer to getting my kitchen fitted. After sales communication is disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Just recently had a worktop fitted by granite zone. Fantastic service & a lot cheaper than competitors. Served by Jess in sales who was really helpful & got us a great price. Jess in logistics was also great, bit of a wait for templating but this was made up by quick fitting. Templating & fitting done by Luke (and another gentleman who I can’t remember his name - sorry!) absolutely fantastic job, friendly & hard working guys! Thanks so much.

Had a granite worktop and undersink fitted in september by Marc. Lovely job. Came out to measure first then fitted it a few weeks later. Professional and friendly, great job. It's changed my kitchen. Love it.

A big shout out to Granitezone, what a fab company and very helpful. Mark came out to template for the worktops and advised us how to make our three windows in the kitchen look level with upstands and window sills.
Mark and Luke came back to fit the worktops and there was an error on the first piece, but what great customer service from Granitezone, they made another piece the same day and the lads came back and fitted them all even though they had to work later, what a credit these guys are to the company.

Have just had my quartz work tops and splash backs fitted by Granite Zone found them to be very professional and helpful have to make a special mention about Mark the fitter who was excellent, would not hesitate to recommend him soso good at his job .

The whole process was faultless, from sales to delivery and fitment. A special mention to Lyndsay for arranging samples and getting back to me with amendments, Jade in logistics for arranging a change of fitment dates, and Joe for a professional services and fitment at the highest standard.

From start to finish (10days) everyone we communicated with was friendly and very helpful we were sent samples and Mark who came to do the measuring was lovely showed us pictures of kitchens he had worked on
which helped us to make a decision as to which of the samples we settled on. He also along with Luke came to fit the tops and splash backs they were Efficient tidy and genuinely nice guys they did an excellent job and we could not be happier with out new kitchen we would not hesitate to recommend this

What a fantastic company. I had a quote from another supplier that was twice the price of Granite zone. I couldn’t be more happier with the experience from start to finish. From the initial enquiry to the finished job everyone was professional, caring and generally excellent. Could not recommend this company enough. If you use them you won’t be disappointed.

I have never had such a professional company undertake work in my home. I was concerned as they were in Manchester and i'm in Croydon, but this was not a problem. They were on time, professional and left the kitchen spotless. Their fitters are friendly and considerate to the customer.

If you are after a Quartz worktop and you are not specific on the brand, then you will not find anyone cheaper than this company. They have a huge variety of makes, but not all. I supplied them with sizes, which were given to me by two kitchen companies (Wren and Howdens). I also supplied them with a look of Granite which I wanted. I got similar quotes from Wren, Howdens, Al-Murad, Worktop Warehouse and two local companies ( Fylde Coast). All said they would match the price, but Granitezone still came in cheaper. In fact, they were up to 40% cheaper than Wren and Howdens. Once I had agreed a price, a date was arranged for measuring. Three days later, I had a phone call to arrange a fitting. At this point, I was told that my supplied measurements were incorrect and that I needed more worktop plus I also didn't tell them about other requirements. The extra cost pushed the price up by 42%. However, once I supplied all correspondence (i did it all over email) the price was reduced. Fitting was arranged and the guys who did the work were excellent. Before they leave, you are asked to sign off on the worktop, which I did. However, later on, the worktop had different light coverage and there was a line in the granite. I reported this to Grantezone but I have never had a response from them. In all, the price was good, the fitting was good but the customer service is average. I would encourage all correspondence to be completed by email too.

Excellent job by Marc and Wice. Profession and very clean and tidy. Great attention to detail! Would use again
