Very difficult to get a repair done in a kitchen only a few months old
Since writing my review on the completion of my kitchen and bathroom, fitted by the EXETER franchise,
part of the door plinth has detached and come away plus another part fitted to door has started to swell as there was no protection covering the side of the bare wood. The filters for the extractor fan have still not arrived the job was started at the beginning of August
It’s now mid October. I have contacted the company three of four times and all I’m told is “someone will contact you”.
Their 10 year guarantee can’t be worth much if they can’t fix a problem in a kitchen that’s only three months old.
I could get my builder to correct this fault but then my guarantee would be null and void so I’ll continue to wait.

An efficient company
Easy to book initial consultation. Heather was friendly, unhurried, efficient and offered suggestions. My visit to the showrooms was useful and gave more ideas. Ordering and payments was simple, Liam’s visit was thorough and informative. The actual fitting, completed by Liam, went smoothly although prior notification would have been appreciated! Within the week the kitchen was completed except for a minor error. All employees were professional, thorough and mindful of requirements. A pleasure to deal with! Thank you all!

Very quick response to online enquiry. Very professional visit and quote. Quick turnaround to templating and installation. Our chosen sink was out of stock but a replacement was quickly found.

The workmanship is very good. The person allocated to us (Mike) is very friendly and a proper professional. He did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well when finished. We would very much recommend his work. Attendance by office staff was also very good.

First class experience
Most amazing staff starting with Heather,
Heather came to my house with all the samples and explained everything step by step we got on so well I thought I’d known her for years.
We did a lot of talking and not just about the work tops.
Then Liam again very friendly, and professional.
What an excellent job he has done.
I went out and left him to it.
I went for the sachi design not everyone’s cup of tea but all my friends and family love it.
I’m super happy and would recommend this company to anyone.
Also thank you to Jay in the office for doing all the organising.

Wasn’t perfect
Fitter needed to adjust the install as the worktop was made 15mm short.
The backboards aren’t flush with the worktop in some places and I can see the top of the original glass backboards.
Fitter was good, but it only gets a 8 out 10 due to the final finishing
